Energy Center Clearing Guidebook You have just taken the first step in choosing to release lowvibrational, negative energies, emotions and thoughts, and consciously choosing to infuse yourself with high-vibrational, positive ones. As a sacred spiritual being, it is your birthright to live free of stress and toxic energies so you can connect with your true self and radiate your inner joy to the universe! Affirm Your Intention While not required, prior to beginning your Energy Center Clearing meditation, you might find it helpful to make an affirmation to allow yourself to release any and all negative energies that may be blocking you from achieving your God-given right to Peace, Balance, Clarity and Healing. You can silently say to yourself (or speak it aloud if you prefer): I am worthy of all good things that the universe may provide. I allow myself to release all lowvibrational, negative energies and accept all highvibrational, positive energies that will help me on my path. This affirmation will help ensure you are open to all good things.
Actively Listen to the Meditation Actively participating in the visualizations is essential to getting the maximum from each session. While you will still benefit from just sitting passively, active participation will increase the effectiveness of the exercise by many times. If you fall asleep, it's a sign your body needed rest just resume the meditation, if you can. Additional Grounding Suggestions When you finish, whether you do one or both meditations (or if you have just awoken from sleep), you may want to sit a few minutes and gently come back to the physical world. To help you return to the physical world, while maintaining your higher state of being, you may use the following suggestion, when you're prompted to ground yourself: Visualize light coming from both your tailbone and your two feet. See the light turn brown in color to emphasize your intention of grounding yourself. See the light penetrating deep into the earth's crust and branching out, connecting deeply with the earth, like the roots of a great tree. Feel yourself becoming anchored to the earth. When you're ready, return your attention to the physical world. You can use this short 30-second exercise whenever you feel spacedout or ungrounded. Detoxing Symptoms Conduct these meditations as often as you like. Initially, you may notice that your body feels a little tired, especially if you do it more than once per day. In some cases, you may even feel as if you were getting sick. This is a natural response. Your body is getting used to operating on a higher level and is eliminating the physical toxins that have manifested from the negative energies you've absorbed over time. When you release these toxins, it's just like getting over a cold: as you improve, you might start sneezing again. It's good that you're sneezing (or coughing or eliminating), as suppressing these actions just keeps the toxins inside you. If it's too much, too soon, just back off your meditations to once every few days to allow yourself time to adjust.
Being Your True Self As you get rid of more and more low-vibrational, dense energies, you will become more and more you, that is, your true self. Many of the energies stuck in your energy bodies are not even your own thoughts, feelings or beliefs. You've accepted them and think of them as your own, or as the way things are, but you don't need anything that is not uplifting and empowering. Get rid of them! When you eliminate these foreign thoughts, you will think more clearly and be able to tap into your greatest gift yourself. Remember, The Kingdom of Heaven lies within. When You're Ready Set aside 30 minutes of time for yourself, where you won't be disturbed. (45 minutes, if you want to continue immediately with the Exercise to Release Limiting Beliefs.) Turn off your phones, cell phones, TV, radio and other sources of extraneous noise. If you hear any unanticipated noises during the exercises, just assume these noises are part of the meditation. Sit comfortably with your feet on the floor and your hands unclasped in your lap. You can sit on the floor or a pillow, if you are comfortable doing so. Laying down is not recommended, as you will likely fall asleep. DO NOT LISTEN TO EITHER ENERGY CENTER CLEARING OR THE EXERCISE TO RELEASE LIMITING BELIEFS WHILE YOU ARE DRIVING A CAR OR OPERATING MACHINERY. State your affirmation (optional).
