We are currently creating baskets and would greatly appreciate any donations you are willing to give. You can create your own basket or let us do it for you. Although each basket is supposed to be worth at least $200 we will combine any size donation with others, so no donation is too small. Or maybe you are part of a group that would like to join together to make a basket. If you d like to create your own basket, we have information regarding what baskets have done well in the past. Please contact Elizabeth Gosser (937-231- 1298) or Kim Braun (937-470-8220) if you have any questions. Donations can be dropped off at the Parish Office, the School Office, or the Credit Union. Thank you! FESTIVAL PICK-A-PRIZE BOOTH Pick-A-Prize booth is now accepting prize donations! New, unused small items are needed such as: children s toys, household decorative items, new household linens, picture frames, kitchen gadgets, sports items, etc. We will gladly accept your donations of new items for our booth. Please drop off at the Parish Office, located in the lower level of the Julie Center. Thank you for your generosity! BOOK BOOTH Please remember to save your books for the Book Fair. We will gladly take books (no magazines, textbooks, or encyclopedias please). Donated books may be dropped off from 6-7:30 p.m., June 4 through June 7, at Room 117 in the school. Thank you to all students and families who are donating books! We appreciate your support! FESTIVAL FLEA MARKET NEWS It's that time of year to de-clutter. The Flea Market donation drop-offs begin on Memorial Day weekend and end on Sunday, June 3. The festival grounds are too congested with booths, rides, and workers to safely drop Ralph off and after Janie June 3. Please do not leave items outside of 50 the years Smith Building door. The Flea Market is pure profit for the Parish. Popular items include: toys, tools, linens, kitchenware, sports equipment, bikes, holiday decor, knick knacks, general household items, etc. No item is too small. Please no clothing, no shoes, no to any furniture larger than a folding chair, no construction tearouts, no electronics older than 5 years, no TVs of any kind. Donations of clean items in working order will be accepted at the Smith Building these times: Saturday, May 26 from 9-12:30 Sunday, May 27 from 9-12:30 Tuesday, May 29 from 6-8:30pm Wednesday, May 30 from 6-8:30pm Thursday, May 31 from 3-5pm Friday, June 1 from 6-8:30pm Saturday, June 2 from 10-2pm Sunday, June 3 from 12-5pm *THIS IS THE LAST DAY TO DONATE Please contact booth chair, Fran Hary @ 937-671-0237 if you have questions. FESTIVAL CHAIRS Please mark your calendars for the All Chair Meeting on Sunday, June 3 at noon in the Gym. DONATION REQUEST Our festival Cotton Candy and Funnel Cake booths use a lot of sugar! Please drop off donations of granulated and powdered sugar to the Parish Office, located in the lower level of the Julie Center. Thank you for your generosity! FESTIVAL CAKE BOOTH It is THAT time again to call for all of our bakers! The Cake Booth and Baked Goods booth will need 400 cakes and many treats such as fudge, cookies, no bakes, cupcakes, Rice Krispy Treats, brownies, etc. We have had a history of running out of baked goods and cakes by 3pm on Sunday. So we welcome the delivery of items on Sunday too! Cake boards are available today and next weekend at all church doors. You can bring your baked goods to Room 112 (note new location) on Friday, Jun 8 at 1:00 pm and any time during the festival.
