We are currently creating baskets and would greatly appreciate any donations you are willing to give. You can create your own basket or let us do it for you. Although each basket is supposed to be worth at least $200 we will combine any size donation with others, so no donation is too small. Or maybe you are part of a group that would like to join together to make a basket. If you d like to create your own basket, we have information regarding what baskets have done well in the past. The Flea Market donation drop-offs begin on Memorial Day weekend and end on Sunday, June 3. The festival grounds are too congested with booths, rides, and workers to safely drop Ralph off and after Janie June 3. Please do not leave items outside of 50 the years Smith Building door. The Flea Market is pure profit for the Parish. Popular items include: toys, tools, linens, kitchenware, sports equipment, bikes, holiday decor, knick knacks, general household items, etc. No item is too small. Please no clothing, no shoes, no to any furniture larger than a folding chair, no construction tearouts, no electronics older than 5 years, no TVs of any kind. The Cake Booth and Baked Goods booth will need 400 cakes and many treats such as fudge, cookies, no bakes, cupcakes, Rice Krispy Treats, brownies, etc. We have had a history of running out of baked goods and cakes by 3pm on Sunday. So we welcome the delivery of items on Sunday too! Cake boards are available today and next weekend at all church doors. You can bring your baked goods to Room 112 (note new location) on Friday, Jun 8 at 1:00 pm and any time during the festival.
