I was drawn to this book because I had heard about the Third Eye and knew that those who experienced an awakening benefited spiritually. I like the book because there are techniques that the author uses to successfully activate the Third Eye. The techniques are simple and easy to do. Although I would have liked to see more information about when one should open the Third Eye, it's a good introduction to this ancient and mysterious meditation method.
