This congregational approval was scheduled for last Sunday but services were cancelled because of snow and bad road conditions. The January 1 December 31, 2018 income of $130,519.90 exceeded the expenses of $126,720.65 for the same period by $3,799.25. The average weekly income for the year of 2018 was $2,510.00. The Proposed Income (budget) for the year was $111,464.35. The Proposed Expense for the year of 2018 was $111,464.35. Not included in the Proposed Expense was the replacement of the HVAC systems in the Fellowship Hall at the cost of $25,719.00. $2,719.00 of this expense was paid from the Renovation Fund and the remaining $23,000.00 was paid from the General Fund. The December 2018 income of $13,168.00 exceeded the expenses of $10,585.50 for December 2018 by $2,582.50. The average weekly offering for December 2018 was $2,633.60 (the Christmas Eve offering was deposited with the 12/30/18 offering). The Proposed Income for December 2018 was $10,717.59 and the Proposed Expense for December 2018 was $9,577.69. 7% of the General Fund Offerings is being given to Missions during 2018. This amount is divided equally between Central India Christian Mission and Butler Springs Christian Camp. During January through December 2018 $8,947.12 has been equally divided between these two missions. The mortgage was paid off June 1, 2018!
