This will be my last article as Illustrious Master of Oakland Council No. 12. I offer my sincerest "thank you" to you all for your hard work and efforts. Our last stated assembly of the year will be on December 17th. At this assembly, we will be electing our officers for next year. Dinner is at 6:30 pm, followed by the Stated Assembly at 7:30 pm. Mark your calendars. The installation of newly elected officers is scheduled for Monday, January 21st, 2019. Every is expected to attend or hold this divine service. Max Luy will be catering our breakfast and it will be served at 8:00 AM, the cost of the meal will be covered by the Commandery. The event will be held at the Alameda Masonic Center (Island City Lodge) 2312 Alameda Ave., Alameda CA., 94501. Breakfast will be on the second floor. And at 9:00 AM., we will move to the third floor the actual observance. And close to 10:00 we should all be headed home. We will determine who will help with the readings at our next Commandery Stated meeting, A separate email will be sent out this evening or early morning, providing information about our stated meeting. Our Christmas observance will be open to Commandery and guests. And other Chapter and Council members and guests who are members of the East Bay York Rite Association.
