Help!! PUMC is in desperate need of a couple more Sound operators. No experience necessary, training will take about a month. After training, you will be assigned one Sunday per month. Contact Andy at 342-1316 or knightmusik@chartermi.net. STRINGERS AND SINGERS: are in great need of new members. Two or three more would not be too many! If you can help, please contact Andy at 342-1316 or knightmusik@chartermi.net. I would like to thank everyone for their card, notes, and prayers during my recent illness. They were very much appreciated. It feels good to be back at church. ~Mike Dennison HATS OFF TO Sally Gumper Who was instrumental in helping the church obtain it s own recycling bin. **HOW YOU CAN HELP As you work in the church/kitchen, please follow the recycling guidelines for filling up our new recycling container. A Prayer Look graciously, O Lord, upon this land. Where it is in pride, subdue it. Where it is in need, supply it. Where it is in error, rectify it. Where it is in default, restore it. And where it holds to that which is just and compassionate, support it. Amen. A new year has begun and greeters are always needed at the church. Recently, some of those on my greeters list have either been ill or have other obligations. I would like to have anyone who is interested in being a greeter, call me at 383-4155. This is a position that takes about 25 minutes on Sunday and I would contact you to see if you are available for a certain Sunday. If you have never been a Greeter and would like to try, I would love to hear from you. Thank you for your consideration. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Kay Wynn E-mail: silverlk32@yahoo.com Welcome to the NEWEST Parchment UMC Family Member Welcome to Elizabeth Elaine Loney, born 11-14-12 Baptized on 12-20-15 Daughter of Elizabeth Loney Messages on the Gospel of Luke : We ll be reading through and studying one of the favorite Biblical books the Gospel of Luke - in the coming months. We ll be reading one or two chapters a Sunday starting on December 13 th and concluding on Easter Sunday. I ll be sharing insights from these verses.
