We will be studying Thessalonians 3:1-5; 2 John 4-11. Purpose: To embrace the responsibility of relating to others in a genuinely Christian manner. Ruth s class, Adults and Others is available to anyone teenaged or older!!4
Grocery cart donations. During December, the grocery cart parked near the sanctuary could use the following items: -Macaroni noodles -Canned meats (tuna, chicken, salmon, Spam, etc.) -Peanut butter -And toothpaste! Any brand or generic foods are welcome but please no home canned or baked items and no grocery store bulk food bin items. All items will be delivered to the Regional Council for Christian Ministry for our missions: The Community Food Basket and F.I.S.H. Thank you so much for your generosity!!5
Progress Photos Things Around the Church Roof Replacement This shows the roof between the two towers. It has been done in a white membrane roof rather than shingles to give us better protection against leaks in the front of the church. The rest of the roof is done in black shingles. Plumbing is finished in bathrooms New Windows Electrical panel installed New Windows are being installed on the main floor and basement bathrooms.!6

Dinner and a Movie Friday, January 4th at 6:00 pm Dinner and a Movie will feature The Hundred-Foot Journey starring Helen Mirren. The tale is told of contention between two restaurant owners in Southern France and the conclusion is bound to make us feel warmer (at least that is what I heard). The potluck theme will be Indian-French fusion! This ought to be lots of fun!!8
A new kitchen deserves new equipment, accessories and gadgets! New appliances for the warming kitchen are already built into the renovation cost structure, but we will need to supply a number of other items. For some things, like a new matching set of silverware or glasses, money is the best gift. For other items, please contact Ruth Orr, who is keeping a master list of which accessories and gadgets are still needed, at 208-523-2976. She also is tracking which items have already been sponsored like 1. kitchen aid 2. 80 sets of dishes. On January 12th, at 10:00 we will open all of the wrapped gifts at the kitchen shower.
