Through Jesus Christ God restores our relationship and offers us the gift of grace. We experience God s grace as peace. God s peace restores, sustains and heals. In response to this good news, Christians go into the world to proclaim and become part of God s peace giving as peacemakers. As each passage is read, consider the following questions: What does this passage say about God s gift of peace? What does this passage say about our calling as a peacemaker? What is God inviting me to do or be or change through this passage?
