ANNUAL CHILI FUNDRAISER REPORT Gross income was $5117.00; Expenses were $1742.69 = Profit of $3374.31 ¾ of profit ($2530.73) was put in General Fund; ¼ of profit ($843.58) went in the Youth Fund. Very special thank you to all who helped with the fundraiser chili cookers, bakers, workers serving the chili and a very special thanks to the youth for working the to go line.

Upcoming Events Mark Your Calendars Sunday, March 2 nd Annual Youth Pancake Supper; All-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage, and bacon will be served from 5 7 p.m. in the educational building. This is a free-will donation fundraiser for the youth where the funds will go towards helping pay for their 2014 Camp Eagle trip. Wednesday, March 12 th, 19 th, 26 th, April 2 nd, and 9 th Lenten Soup Suppers During the Lenten session, the youth will be hosting the Wednesday night soup suppers at 6 p.m. prior to the 7 p.m. Lenten services. Starting Sunday, February 23 rd, there will be a signup sheet for those who wish to donate to this meal. The free-will offering collected at these meals will go towards the cost of the youths summer retreat. Sunday, March 30 th Youth led service; our confirmed youth will be leading the service on this Sunday. Saturday, April 12 th and Sunday, April 13 th and Saturday, May 3 rd and Sunday, May 4 th Working Fundraiser at the Williamson County Sports Complex in Taylor. Our youth will be running the concession stand for softball tournaments taking place there. Funds earned from this fundraiser will go towards helping pay for the youths 2014 Camp Eagle trip. Shepherd s Heart 2014 Service dates Saturday, May 24 th and Saturday, October 4th Service time is from 8:30 10:30 a.m. Please remember that the St. John Youth are on facebook.
