Getting ready for a Super Bowl Party or just looking to warm up with a hot bowl of delicious Booyah? Come to the Souper Bowl of Booyah next Saturday, Feb. 3rd, 2018 at our Askeaton campus. Only Carry-Out service will be available beginning at 2:00pm Saturday until all of the Booyah is gone. Bring your own containers. Cost is $3.00 per bowl. Fresh homemade pies & desserts will also be for sale in the church hall. Donations of pies and any other baked items are appreciated. Please drop off at the Askeaton Church hall Friday morning, February 2nd, any time between 9:00-11:00am, as well as Saturday morning, February 3rd, before 9:00am. Please also note the change in the time for Daily Mass on Tuesdays it will be at 5:30pm, to allow those who work during the day the opportunity to participate in Mass during the week. STEWARDSHIP Discipleship Formation (RE) News What is the Bishop's Appeal? Next weekend, St. Clare will kick off the 2018 Bishop s Appeal, Embracing a Life of Discipleship. The Bishop's Appeal is a stewardship opportunity for each of us to reach out to thousands of people in search of Jesus' love. Each gift given supports the ministries of the Diocese of Green Bay which serve our parishes, Catholic schools and communities. Your gift truly helps bring the heart and hands of Christ to our children, young adults, families and neighbors here in northeastern Wisconsin. Our parish goal this year is $66,794.00. PARISH/COMMUNITY EVENTS Green Bay Diocese Celebrates Rural Life Days 2018 All are invited to Rural Life Days 2018, to be held in Brillion on Tuesday, March 20th and in Shawano on Thursday, March 22nd. The day begins with 10:30am Mass including the blessing of soil, seeds, animals and machinery. Following Mass is lunch (tickets $10.00) and a keynote speaker. The featured speaker is Pam Jahnke, Farm Director and Radio News Reporter. Tickets for the meal must be purchased at least seven days in advance of the event from the host parish.
