Dance Practice Dec 14 NO Jr Lego Club As we wrap up the first semester of this school year, we reflect on the many wonderful things going on at Sacred Heart. Many of these activities we take for granted. As we look back at our blessings, we look forward to making more memories for the second semester of this year. With time off from school, cherish the quality time you will spend with your family. Phones, i-pads, the Internet, and social media can be great tools in our lives but try not to become consumed by them. Spend time with your family without these devices and also spend quiet time with God especially during this Advent Season. A good place to start is reading the chapter of Luke from the bible. We pray that you and your families have a Blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year! Thanks for all your support of Sacred Heart and making an investment of a Catholic education for your child s future! Spiritual Thought for Advent Advent Prayer: Come Lord Jesus into my humble heart and instill in me the wonder of Your love. Excite in me the joy of this Advent season a time of prayer, preparation and peace anticipating the glorious birth of Jesus Christ. Give me the wisdom to be kind and forgiving, seeking gladness and gratitude for every person and act of generosity. May I be the light of Christ this season. Amen. Blessings, Ms. Susan Harris, M.Ed.
