FROM THE DIREKTR Change is scary but God says " Fear not." Change is uncomfortable but God says "Rest in the Lord." Change makes us uneasy but God says "I know the plans I have for you." No matter how we feel, God is right there to help us overcome our fears. God wants us to be living our faith through what we do and so we always have a helper on hand! Change is necessary if we are to grow as individuals and as a community. While doing things "the way we always have" is comfortable, it is sometimes necessary to change things up! We all have unique gifts to bring to the mix - that what makes it exciting - and each gift is valuable because it comes from God. Change is good - so pray about how you can change your own life by getting involved in the choirs and how you will change the lives of those who gather to worship each week. The choirs are a wonderful group of people, each one gifted in their own way, who come together to combine those gifts and present them as offerings during worship. Come and join us on August 31st for Chancel Choir or THE CHANGE WILL DO YOU GOOD (And us too!)
