Thank You from the Bishop s Dinner Committee A sincere thank you to all parishioners who contributed in any way to the success of our 3 rd annual Bishop s Dinner. So many people were involved in planning and putting this event together. I m profoundly grateful to all who worked in the kitchen, preparing, cleaning and decorating the hall. To our cleaning crew that came in on Sunday and Monday. Once again, the students of Patrick Fogarty did a fantastic service! Many thanks to our generous donors who would like to stay anonymous. To our table sponsors, my ticket seller Lorna Burrows who spent endless hours on the phone and giving up her weekends all summer to sit at the back of the church and approaching people. Last but not least, to each of you who purchased a ticket for yourself or donated a ticket to someone else. Congratulations to our Winners: $1,500.00 Trip Voucher Patricia Olesen 50 T.V. Notice to Parishioners The weather has not cooperated with the scheduling of work for our Parking Lot Project. During the week of October 22 the contractor will concentrate on completing the fine grading of the areas to be paved, they will complete the interlocking brick work, complete work required in preparing areas for landscaping and will complete a couple of repair jobs to a sidewalk and two window wells. When fine grading is completed the three entranceways will be blocked off. On Monday, October 29 paving has been scheduled for three days. Our work will commence as scheduled if no further weather delays occur. When paving is completed, line painting will be completed and work will then commence on parking lot lighting and landscaping.
