People who have attended my Crusades and have watched my staff and 1 as we have labored night after night in the services without let up, have questioned, "why all the effort, why knock yourself out?" t's very simple, 've been bought with a price (1 Corinthjans 6:20), have eternal life and 'm looking forward to going to heaven and the place my Lord is preparing for me. (John 14:2) The greatest thing about it is that complete fulfillness in heaven won't happen until we get there! Not until all are accounted for and in attendance will there be complete joy and rapture in the very presence of God. Our loved ones who have gone on to be with our Lord are happy but the real moment of bliss will arrive when we ourselves come through those gates of splendor. That's why 'm putting every effort forward can to convince people everywhere that Christ is the right and only way. don't want to see anyone left out. Don't place that valuable commodity of faith on man or material gains but in the promises of God and the Son who died for us that we may have life eternal. Where will you place your faith? The dictionary defines the word faith as unquestioning belief-complete trust or confidence. Faith in man has been disproven many times. Faith in material things has caused grief to a great percentage of mankind. Faith in physical well-being won't materialize into lasting peace of mind either. Listen to the words of our Lord as He spoke to His disciples: "Take no thought of your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on. The life is more than meat and the body is more than raiment." Luke 12:22-23 "But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you." Luke 12:31 know that there will be many who will read these words and say, "['ve got faith in God". O.K. keep on reading and prove it to yourself. 'm reminded of a story 1 read a long time ago about a famous tightrope walker who stretched a cable across one of the deep gorges at Niagara Falls. He had a tremendous crowd to come and watch his dangerous feat. There was a great hush that came over the people as he stepped out onto the cable and started his deathdefying trek over the roaring falls. There were some anxious moments as the cable swayed beneath his weight and the tricky winds made attempts to cause him to lose his balance. A wet cable from the spray of the falls was another obstacle but in spite of all the odds against him, the tightrope walker made it to the other side. Great cheers were heard above the roar of the falls for this daring man. After the shouting and rejoicing died down, the victor got the attention of the crowd and cried out, "how many believe that can go back across the cable?" Another great shout arose from the crowd saying "yes, we know you can do it!" Spurred on by the enthusiasm, he asked another question, "how many believe that can carry a man on my shoulders back across the falls?" A roar of approval from the crowd came back to him greater than before. Then he asked another question, "Good, who will be that man to go back with me?" A silence gripped the crowd. Those that had been eager to get near this great man moved back. The question was asked again, still no takers. Minutes passed by and finally one young man came forward. The crowd eagerly pressed forward again and the daring feat was accomplished by the two men. Both became heroes of great acclaim. Friend, our Lord is asking today, "How many of you believe that died for your sins?" The multitude will acclaim that they believe. Then He asks another question, "How many will go with me, even through the valley of the shadow of death?" The takers are few, but those who do, will experience the shouts of joy from heaven as another joins the'ranks of the saints through the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Have you made your decision for Him? f not, do so right now, accept Him by faith and His promises are yours throughout eternity. Father, use these words to strengthen and encourage those who must make this important decision right now. Cause them not to be influenced by the attitude of the "crowd" but create within, a determination to surrender completely to Your care' at this very moment. May they step out and into a victorious life with You. n Jesus' Name. Amen.
"1 give up." "What's the use?" "1 can't win for losing!" Have any of these thoughts been popping up in your lif~_l recently? Negative thoughts are being hurled at us from all sides. The communists are doing their best to cause us to lose faith in our country. They have created doubt in our minds about our leaders and statesmen in Washington through adverse publicity. They have infiltrated our colleges and school campuses and incited the thinking of the average citizen that all of our young people are turning out to be nothing but antagonists, not interested in education, just stirring up trouble. Besides having to deal with the communists, we have to watch out for those who are trying to prove that God is dead, the Bible false, and that what we've got right now is all we're going to get and we'd better hang on to it until they throw dirt in our face. Before you go any further in reading this message, 1 want you to read the complete Eleventh chapter of Hebrews and then come back to this message. Now that you have read the chapter, want you to realize that you have been included in this chapter with these other saints that you have just read about. There is a link which unites us; one theme, one attitude, one inspiration for many hearts. The saints of the past and the saints of today are one in their faith in the living God. They know the eternal joys and blessings that are before them but not yet complete. Do you know why they're not yet fulfilled? We must all be there together, tmngs are incomplete without us.
FELT LFE N MY LEG FOR THE FRST TME N 8 MONTHS had a very large sore on the ( bottom of my foot wh ich doctors told me was a blood clot and would probably lose my leg. Brother Jenkins saw me sitting in the audience and asked me why was using crutches and told him and before finished, Brother Jenkins had taken my crutches, broke them, and said God was going to heal me and would walk out of this place without the aid of my crutches. When Brother Jenkins prayed for me he started pinching my leg because it had been dead to touch from the blood clot. felt a tingling and a at once felt ife in my leg for the first time in 8 months. How thank God for my healing. TOOK A DEEP BREATH... AND KNEW WAS HEALED! had had a coronary attack and doctors told me wou d have to take drugs the rest of my life. My heart attack caused me to be in constant pain. Weakness and shortness of breath resulted in no energy and caused my legs always to be weak. Brother Jenkins told me that God was going to heal me. When he prayed for me, the power of the Holy Spirit knocked me down on the floor and when was aware that was on the floor, f took a deep breath which was not able to do before. " HE GAVE ME MONEY TO BUY KENNY A PAR OF NORMAL SHOES TO WEAR FOR THE NEXT NGHT KENNY HAll, CALFORNA as told by his mother MRS. PHYllS HAll At the age of two, Kenny developed a deterioration of the spine which caused him to have to wear braces and a built up shoe. Doctors told me he would be effected by it the rest of his life and he would develop arthritis at a very early age. He wasn't allowed to lift anything heavy and he would never be able to do any kind of heavy labor as he got older. n the Crusade, Brother Jenkins told me of Kenny's condition and asked me if i would bring him back the next night because he said when he would pray for Kenny he would need a new pair of shoes. He gave me the money to buy Kenny a pair of normal shoes to wear for the next night. That night we came to the service and before he prayed for anyone else he asked for Kenny to come to the platform. When Brother Jenkins prayed, he told Kenny that he would feel something pop in his leg and when he did that he was to take off his braces and walk. After prayer, Kenny felt the pop in his leg and took off his brace and started jumping and running for the first time in a couple of years. thank God for this miracle and will continue to praise Him for everything He has done.

/ 'M NOT TONGUE- TED ANYMORE! Our daugher Kathy was born with her tongue grown to her lower palate wh ich made it impossible for her to talk correctly. We had to send her to a special school to help her speech defect. Doctors had clipped Kathy's tongue twice and said that perhaps with several more operations she would be able to speak normal. Brother Jenki ns saw a dove on Kathy and it was the Holy Spirit and he said God was going to use her in a great way. After prayer, Kathy was asked by Brother Jenkins to say, mother, father, sister, and many other words. She repeated everything he said clearly and she said, "'m not tongue tied anymore " believe God healed Kathy and believe He is going to use her in a very special way.
