Dear Anonymous, Because of our long friendship and my love I want to share some of my thoughts about life as I have observed for almost 84 years, especially the last 54 years as a follower of Jesus, and now, narrowed down to the past year. Judging and behaving like a Pharisee is what Jesus came to earth to eliminate. About a year ago I was reflecting on the decline of the spiritual values in America and began to seek God s thoughts for the cause and remedy. Generally, in the early years of life, everyone s opinion of God is formed as a reflection of his or her earthly father s love and how disobedience was managed. Because of the Pharisees incorrect image of God and the increase in Paganism, God sent His Son Jesus to earth as a manifestation of Himself. God wanted more sons like Jesus so He equipped Jesus with a transferable modus operandi to enable and create innumerable sons of God like Jesus. Romans 8:29 Under the New Covenant, sons of God are the only representatives of God on earth, exactly like Jesus was for his 3 plus years of ministry. Dominion over the earth is in the sons of God influence just as it was before Adam obtained the knowledge of good and evil. Jesus was a Jew, not a Christian, and he came to deliver his kinsmen, the Jews, from their legalistic Pharisaical judgmental situation and set them free from spiritual legalism. The Jews thought he would set them free from Roman control. Jesus had one predominant message to his kinsmen: Repent, or change your perception of sin, for the kingdom of heaven is in you. God said that He sent Jesus into the world as a cure for sin and not to judge sin. John 3:17 paraphrased. Neither Jesus nor God had anything to do with the establishment of Christianity. In God s economy there are ones who know Him, Jews, and the ones who don t know Him, gentiles. Jesus spoke in parables so the majority, or uneducated commoners, could relate to his messages. God commissioned Paul to take Jesus message to the gentiles. I believe the most important message was the Prodigal Son story about the unconditional love of a father as an allegory for God. Jesus related farming stories of sowing and reaping to provide his listeners with understandable terms. 1
The Pharisees determined to have Jesus killed because his message would allow commoners to be like Jesus. Later on, the thought of commoners rising to a higher spiritual level was repugnant to the Catholic hierarchy. Jesus commanded his disciples to go into the entire world and teach the kingdom of God. He never said go into the world and tell people how to escape hell and go to heaven. JESUS NEVER ADDRESSED LIFE AFTER DEATH WITH HIS MESSAGES. Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. The end shall come properly translated, Everything Jesus prophesied can happen. When I write articles I have a Hebrew and Greek concordance on my monitor and I choose synonyms that represent the love of God. Every Greek or Hebrew word has several different and opposite meanings. Judge can mean, e steem or damn. Most often, judge means, Correctly determine or distinguish. The translators choose synonyms that reflected the wrath and anger of God. Wrath can mean reaching out with tenderness just as easily as it means anger. Revelation 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. I believe the accurate translation is: Whatsoever w as not described in the Bible w as totally eliminated. Whatsoever is the first synonym------ Whosoever is the last one mentioned. Moses said the spirits of all flesh are from God. Numbers 27:16 Solomon said, at death, the flesh returns to the earth, from where it came, and the spirit goes to God, who gave it. Ecclesiastes 12:7 Jesus told one thief on the cross that he would be with him in Paradise the same day. I assume the other thief also heard and received the promise. It is my belief that at death the spirit of a man goes to God in Paradise. Paradise is God s Training Academy to learn w hat could have been learned w hile living on earth. Thank God for good old GTA. 1. For this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit. I Peter 4:6 2
2. That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth. Philippians 2:10 3. Things in heaven is in the dimension where God dwells, Paradise. Things in earth speaks to the flesh of man. Under the earth refers to the dead. 4. For it is written, As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. Romans 14:11 5. As I live is a reference to the time of the Lord or forever. Eventually Every knee will bow means every knee of all humanity will bow. I believe that Jesus is teaching in Paradise and judging men s activities performed while living on earth. Judging means to correctly determine or distinguish what they did on earth. Jesus continues teaching how to live in the spirit or as born again sons of God. Graduation returns the graduates to earth where God has always intended heaven to be. Matthew 6:10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. In earth indicates the kingdom of God is in the flesh of sons of God. If you have the spirit of a Pharisee and are still judging; the thought of a second chance for sinners will be impossible for you to believe or understand. You will be thinking, Those sinners deserve to burn in hell forever. What thoughts did you have when they were alive and living next door? If you are a son of God who doesn t judge and has love and compassion, you will say, Thank you Father, your love and mercy really never ends. One of my readers asked a question about Genesis 3: 22, 23, 24: To answer his question I did research on these verses and my thoughts are: Adam's flesh was still human and with the knowledge of good and evil it would not be good for man to be able to judge for immortality. So God temporarily removed the immortality feature of life. The Old Testament is an example of life with man having the ability to judge between good and evil. Judging eliminates God s love and is the initiator of wars and atrocities. Judging causes strife and strife causes every other evil. James 3:16 God choose to correct this. Jesus, who does not judge, came to earth. John 3:17 And Jesus would also have a transferable modus operandi to create innumerable sons of God who also wouldn't judge. Romans 8:29 3
Christianity has aborted the correct purpose of Jesus coming to earth. Christians still abide in the original sin of man: U sing the know ledge of good and evil to judge others. And the world is still at war and there are 30,000 Christian denominations asking. "What s w rong?" When I was born again and became a son of God I became aware that I had stopped judging and only loved everyone. Being a channel for God's love is indescribable--------------------------------------- His love is the manifestation of Himself on earth------------------------------------- God's love is the most powerful force on earth. Love heals and radiates around Lovers. Now God can extend immortality into lovers. It really fits together and makes sense and represents God who is love and does not act apart from love. Love is an effective factor for divine health that leads to immortality. Know ledge of good and evil, w ithout judging, in the hands of God or sons of God, is useful to be able to help in areas of life needing correction. The following is the message of Jesus, and a portion of his works, and when delivered by sons of God, lives are transformed, not by the words heard, but by the radiating love delivering the words. T he Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised. Luke 4:18 The next day the words may have been forgotten but the love of God will remain and the recipient will want more. Thus, the fruition of love. T his is a Zoë life. Some Christians still live in the Old Testament where God judged and killed the offenders. God was a judge and initiator under the Old Covenant. I thank God for the New Covenant where sons of God have replaced judging with love. God, under the New Covenant, is a responder to His words coming from the mouths of His children. 4
A Black Muslim wanted to kill me when I was witnessing in Watts, California. He started swinging a sash weight on a chain. I ducked twice and said, You can t kill me because I love you. He dropped the weight, big tears came into his eyes and he said, No white man has ever told me that. He turned and ran away. I chased and caught him and gave him the good news about Jesus. He didn t respond but God s word never returns void. The power of love is what the world needs instead of the condemnation message of judging that Jesus came to abolish. Judging inflicted by 21 st century Pharisees has done much to dissuade people and steer them away from a relationship with Jesus. I go to a Tavern on Sunday night and listen to Jazz. (I even have a couple of beers.) I have many friends who love me and want to be around me when I am there. I tell them the same thing Jesus came to tell sinners, Repent or change your perception of sin for the kingdom of heaven is in you. When they ask about sin, I tell them doing wrong or sin has earthly consequences and Jesus came to cure those consequences. One such consequence, sex without the love of marriage, according to some doctors, may cause prostate cancer. I also tell them that if they desire the benefits or entitlements for being a son of God, they must be born again and receive salvation. I have discovered that most people hanging out in bars grew up in church and just got tired of trying to be good enough to be accepted by the Christian God, whose love is based on performance. Suicide, amongst teenagers, happens here in Tulsa, the Bible Belt of America. I believe the cause is the condemnation message from Christian churches. Chuck Wardman April 21, 2009 5
