Stayner! In Beautiful Clearview Township. Stayner Camp and Christian Retreat Center Retreat Booking Package 2019 Choosing Stayner! This could be the right place for your church or ministry retreat. Stayner is located in gorgeous South Georgian Bay country. In our backyard are the Bruce Trails, the Scenic Caves, the Blue Mountain ski hills and the white sandy beaches of Wasaga. Recreation is at its peak in the Georgian Triangle. Spend a day experiencing the fun of Georgian Bay or stay right at the camp where our amenities will allow you to plan a fun filled weekend. What We Value Come away by yourselves to a secluded place and rest a little while Mark 6:31 (AMP) The need to withdraw from the busy schedules we all cope with, to quieten ourselves before God and rest; this is the purpose of retreats that come to Stayner. We desire that the groups who come will find refreshment as they immerse themselves in the Word of God, learning together in a community bound by faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. What are our accommodations? Our warm and inviting lodge is nestled in a 100-year-old pine forest. This winterized facility is perfect for group sessions, singing, games, or just for hanging out. Equipped with kitchen service, lounge furniture, a fireplace and comfortable rooms for sleeping, the lodge is the perfect place for a Winter Retreat. We can house up to 60 people in a variety of configurations. When the weather is warm and fair our outdoor cabins and campground allow you to house two hundred. A large dining hall can seat 110 people for banquet purposes or provides a dining area and a meeting area for smaller groups. An upper and lower lounge can be used for meetings with smaller numbers. What about other activities? Our gym can provide you with a wide range of indoor activity options: climbing wall, volleyball, basketball and floor hockey invite your group to have fun. A smaller building, the Fellowship Hall is ideal for chapel sessions, games nights or for whatever purpose your retreat is designed to fill. There is an outdoor basketball court, a field for wide games winter and summer and a horseshoe pit waiting for action. An outdoor campfire pit is stocked with wood. Stayner Bible Conference Grounds is operated by the Board of Evergreen Christian Ministries. We are a partner ministry of the Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada.

7. CAMP USAGE Please read the following code of conduct, campground rules and statement of faith. You will be required to sign these should you determine that SBCG is your choice of retreat facility. Stayner Camp exists for the purpose of religious instruction based on Biblical Scriptures. By entering into a rental agreement with Stayner Camp and the corporation of Evergreen Christian Ministries, you and/or your group affirms that it will use the Stayner facilities and services for the furtherance of Biblical teaching and that your teaching will not contradict our statement of faith and lifestyle standards: Evergreen Christian Ministries Section 911 An Ontario Corporation Without Share Capital Oct. 23, 2004 PERSONAL LIFESTYLE AND MORALITY STANDARDS The Statement of Faith of the Corporation is as follows: THE HOLY SCRIPTURES as originally given by God, divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy; and the only supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct. ONE GOD, eternally existent in three Persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, God manifest in the flesh, His virgin birth, His sinless human life, His divine miracles, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, His mediatorial work, and His personal return in power and glory. THE SALVATION of the lost and sinful people through the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ by faith apart from works, and regeneration by the Holy Spirit. THE HOLY SPIRIT by whose indwelling the believer is enabled to live a holy life to witness and work for the Lord Jesus Christ. THE UNITY in the Spirit of all true believers, the Body of Christ. The local church as the tangible expression of the Body of Christ. THE RESURRECTION of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation. THESE ARTICLES are the non-negotiable Essentials of the Christian faith. The statement is Orthodox and Evangelical. Orthodox means in agreement with the historic teaching of the Christian faith as expressed in the historic creeds. Evangelical means an emphasis on the biblical gospel about salvation by faith in Christ and new life (regeneration) by the transforming work of the Holy Spirit. This new life is essential to the Christian walk. The Statement of Christian Conduct of the Corporation is as follows: The Christian s conduct is modeled on the example of Jesus. Out of gratitude to God for His Covenant love, empowered by the Spirit of Holiness, informed and shaped by the instruction of the Word of God, the Christian walks in the steps of Jesus, obedient to the teaching of Jesus. The Scriptures teach that the divine pattern for marriage is the union of one man and one woman in a lifelong covenant relationship in mutual submission to Christ where care and respect for each other are practiced. The Scriptures teach that the believer is to be unfettered by anything that attains an addictive, compulsive or idolatrous dominance or control in one s life and conduct. The Scriptures teach that the believer is to walk circumspectly in the world; to be just in one s dealing and faithful in one s engagements. Signed: Dated:
