They usually contain activities based on the Scriptures used in worship today. If you are a guest you may wish to accompany your child to their Church School class, following Children s Time. As part of our Leading with Care policy, parents are asked to pick up their children from their classes at the end of the Service. THE NURSERY: Located downstairs off the main hallway. AGES 3-6: Young Children in Worship meet in the Old Sanctuary (on the same level as the main Sanctuary). GRADES 2,3&4: Downstairs in the room furthest from the kitchen on the Northside. GRADES 5,6,7&8: Located downstairs, in the large classroom on the Southside of the Hall. BAGEL BREAKFAST: Downstairs across from the Women s washroom. We are a Leading with Care community. Page 4

We approved a 2016 budget of $322,244. We set a goal of $31,409 for Presbyterians Sharing. We appointed Marilyn Lutchman to the Board and reappointed Matt Buist, Cory Philip & Jeanne van Dalen. We approved pew cushions for the sanctuary (to be paid as specified from a bequest). We appointed Sue Philips as a new Trustee. Come Camp in God s Creation with others from St. Andrew s August 18-21 at Awenda Provincial Park Please contact Chris Lindsay if you have questions or would like to reserve a space by March 16.
