A master in the art of living draws no sharp distinction between his work and his play; his labor and his leisure; his mind and his body; his education and his recreation. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence through whatever he is doing and leaves others to determine whether he is working or playing. To himself, he always appears to be doing both. L.P. Jacks I HAVE A DREAM Wikipedia defines servant leadership as a philosophy and set of practices that enrich the lives of individuals, build better organizations and ultimately creates a more just and caring world. A servant leader focuses primarily on the growth and well being of people and the communities to which they belong. Traditional leadership generally involves the accumulation and exercise of power by one at the top of the pyramid. By comparison, the servant leader shares power, puts the needs of others first, and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible. Can you imagine what our world would be like if we all demonstrated this style of leadership to everyone we encountered? I have a dream that the application of this philosophy could change the world! I have a dream that I ll be reunited with the Dream Team in a new business venture where we will have huge success but more importantly, share new unimaginable experiences. Every sentence will begin with an in the moment phrase versus one of Remember when?. I have a dream that with our tremendous success I will be able to retire my parents, the most amazing servant leaders I know. They will be able to pursue their passions, travel, and spend more time with their grandchildren. I have a dream that I will be able to financially support my sister with her mission work so she is able to continue her passion of reaching the lost in Thailand. I have a dream that I will move my brother and his family to a warmer climate, somewhere that is surrounded by mountains, nature, and a place where he is able to discover his passion and experience true happiness. I have a dream that my brother and I will travel around the world putting on leadership conferences that ignite souls and help others discover their potential through defining their opus and demonstrating servant leadership. I have a dream that Shavonne will graduate from college. She will defy the odds and redefine the misconception that poverty and adversity means an individual is doomed for failure.

I have a dream that I can fund an organization that assists those children in foster care. I will be their silent voice and create a system where the well being of a child is the primary concern. I ll develop programs through this organization that equip the children with the necessary tools to become a success versus a statistic. I have a dream that I ll marry the love of my life once we reunite again and will be able to start our lives together. I know this is true love because I am unable to fall asleep because reality is finally better then my dreams. We ll begin by traveling the world and visit with the numerous organizations and charities we fund. Our example of servant leadership will become extremely contagious!!! Our friends and family will join us after our travels on our private island where we will reside in unison and happiness. I have a dream that my dream will be my reality.

Seacret- Utilize my ability and skill to determine those individuals who would be interested in the products that I have to offer.
