Sahih Bukhari Its Fruits 3 Chapter 02 Belief [(02:25) () Belief includes words and actions [و ب ش ر ال ذ ين آم ن وا و ع م ل وا الص ال ح ات أ ن ل ه م ج ن ات ت ج ر ي م ن ت ح ت ه ا الا ن ه ار ] أ ي ك م ز اد ت ه ه ذ ه إ يم ان ا ف ا م ا ال ذ ين آم ن وا ف ز اد ت ه م إ يم ان ا (09:124] [(47:17) [و ال ذ ين اه ت د و ا ز اد ه م ه د ى و آت اه م ت ق و اه م 7 Prophet said: Islam is based on five principles: 1. Testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and Muhammad is his Messenger. 2. Compulsory Prayers. 3. Pay Zakath. 4. Perform Hajj. 5. Observe Fast during Ramazan. Narrated: Ibn Omar. 8 The Prophet said; "Faith consists of more than sixty branches. And حيا (self-respect, modesty, bashfulness, and scruple, etc.) is a part of Faith." Narrated: Abu Hurairah. 9/10 A Muslim is the one who avoids harming Muslims with his tongue and hands. Narrated 'Abdullah bin Omar and Abu Moosa. 11 Prophet said; Feed (the poor) and greet those whom you know and those whom you do not know. Narrated: Abdullah bin Omar. 12 The Prophet said, "None of you will have faith till he wishes for his (Muslim) brother what he likes for himself." Narrated: Anas. 13/14 Prophet said; No one will be a 'True Muslim', until he loves me more than his parents, his children and other people." Narrated Abu Hurairah and Anas. 15 The Prophet said; Faithful person is that: 1. The one to whom Allah and His Messenger becomes dearer than anything else. 2. One who loves a person and he loves him only for Allah's sake. 3. The one who hates to revert to Atheism (disbelief) as he hates to be thrown into the fire. Narrated: Anas.
Sahih Bukhari Its Fruits 4 16 The Prophet said; "Love for the Ansar is a sign of faith and hatred for the Ansar is a sign of hypocrisy. Narrated: Anas. 17 The Prophet Ordered: --- 1. Not to join anything in worship along with Allah. 2. Not to steal. 3. Not to commit illegal sex. 4. Not to kill your children. 5. Not to accuse an innocent person. 6. Not to be disobedient with Allah and His Prophet. --- All these are the parts of Faith. Narrated: Ubada bin As-Samit. 18 Prophet said; If you keep yourselves away from all disorders, and turmoil, it is Belief.(ايمان) Narrated: Abu Said Al-Khudri. 19 Whenever Allah's Prophet ordered the Muslims to do something, he used to order them deeds which were easy for them to do, and could do it persistently. Narrated: Aisha. 20 The Prophet said; Faithful Muslim is the one to whom God and His Messenger becomes dearer than anything else. And he loves only for Allah's sake. And he should hate to revert to disbelief (Atheism) after Allah has brought (saved) him out from it. (See -15) 21 The Prophet said; Those who have faith, even to the extent of a small grain, they will be taken out from Hell, despite their bad deeds. Narrated: Abu Said Al-Khudri. 22 In a dream the Prophet saw that Umar bin Al-Khattab was wearing a shirt that he was dragging. On a question for its interpretation, Prophet said, "It is Religion. Narrated: Abu Said Al-Khudri. 23 Prophet said; حيا (self-respect, modesty, etc.) is a part of Faith. Narrated: Abdullah bin 'Umar. (See - 8) 24 The Prophet said; "I have been ordered (by Allah و تعالى (سبحانه to fight against the people until they testify, that none has the right to صلى االله عليه and that Muhammad سبحانه و تعالى be worshipped but Allah is Allah's Messenger, and offer the prayers perfectly and give وسلم the obligatory charity. So if they perform then they save their lives and property. Narrated Ibn 'Umar. 25 To believe in Allah and His Prophet, to participate in Jihad in Allah's Cause, and to perform Hajj Mubrur (the hajj accepted by God), are among the best deeds. Narrated: Abu Hurairah. 26 The person who did not have Firm Belief (accepted faith without sincerity) is not a True.(مومن) Muslim Narrated: Sa'ad Bin Abi Waqas.
Sahih Bukhari Its Fruits 5 27 Prophet said; If you feed (the poor) and greet those whom you know and those whom you do not know is Faith. Narrated: Abdullah bin 'Umar. (See -11) 28 Prophet said; Despite complete care of husband if any wife says that, I have never received any good from you" is dishonesty. Narrated Ibn 'Abbas. 29 Prophet said; When two Muslims fight (meet) each other with their swords, both the murderer as well as the murdered are not with True Faith and will also go to the Hell-fire. Narrated: Al- Ahnaf bin Qais. 30 Prophet said; Those who consider their slaves (bondmen) as inferior, it is a sign of Ignorance. On the other hand, anyone who properly cares them, it is True Faith". Narrated: Al-Maarur. 31 Prophet said; The faithful person (مومن) should not do injustice.-- Indeed, joining others in worship with Allah (شرک) is a great injustice. Narrated: Abdullah bin Masood. 32 The person who tells lies, do not fulfill his commitments, and do dishonesty is a hypocrite. Narrated: Abu Hurairah. 33 Prophet said; Whoever has these four characteristics is a pure hypocrite. 1. Whenever he is entrusted, he betrays. 2. Whenever he speaks, he tells a lie. 3. Whenever he makes a promise, he proves treacherous. 4. Whenever he quarrels, he behaves in a very imprudent and insulting manner." Narrated: Abdullah bin 'Umar. 34 Prophet said; "Whoever establishes the prayers on the night of Qadr with sincere faith, then all his past sins will be forgiven." Narrated: Abu Hurairah. 35 Prophet said; Participating in Jihad (Fighting in Allah s cause) is a part of Faith. Narrated: Abu Hurairah. 36 Prophet said; "Whoever establishes prayers during the nights of Ramazan with sincere faith, all his past sins will be forgiven." Narrated: Abu Hurairah. 37 Prophet said; "Fasting in the month of Ramazan is Faith. And whoever establishes Fasting, all his past sins will be forgiven." Narrated: Abu Hurairah. 38 Religion of Islam is very easy. Therefore, leave behaving roughly, and adopt moderation. Narrated: Abu Hurairah.
Sahih Bukhari Its Fruits 6 39 Offering prayers is Faith, whether offered facing Baitul-Maqdis or facing Makkah (.(کعبة Narrated Bara bin Azib. 40/41 Prophet said; The beauty of Islam is this, that if a person adopts Islam as his religion all his past sins are forgiven. After that he is rewarded ten to seven hundred times on every good deed. But, this has to be remembered that he will get similar punishment on each misdeed. Narrated: Abu Hurairah and Abu Said Al-Khudri. 42 Prophet said; "Do good deeds which is within your capacity (without being over exerted). Means do such works that could be done regularly." Narrated: Aisha. (See - 19) 43 Prophet said; The person, who recites كلمة طيبه and testify it, will come out from Hell. Narrated: Anas. 44 Verse of Quran (05:03) is: ال ي و م أ ك م ل ت ل ك م د ين ك م و أ ت م م ت ع ل ي ك م ن ع م ت ي و ر ض يت ل ك م الا س لا م د ين ا {This day I have perfected your religion for you, completed My favor upon you, And have chosen for you Islam as your religion} We know that when and where this verse was revealed to the Prophet. It was Friday and the Prophet was standing at 'Arafat. This is very important Verse of Quran, therefore we must remember this day and place. Narrated 'Umar bin Al-Khattab. 45 Prophet said; "You have to offer prayers five times in a day. You have to observe fasts during the month of Ramazan. You have to pay the Zakat. If anyone wants to do more, it is up to him and he will be successful. Narrated: Talha bin Ubaidullah. 46 Prophet said; "Anyone who accompanies the funeral procession of a Muslim he will get one Qirat (قيراط) reward. And if remains with it till the funeral prayer is offered and the burial ceremonies are over, he will return with a reward of two Qirats. Each Qirat is like the size of the Mount Uhad. Therefore attending burial ceremony is ايمان (a deed of Belief). Narrated: Abu Hurairah. 47 Prophet said; "Abusing a Muslim is فسق (an evil doing) and killing him کفرis (disbelief). Narrated: Zubaid. 48 Do search for ل ي ل ة ال ق د ر (Nights of Decree) in the nights of 25, 27 and 29 of Ramazan. Narrated: Anas.
Sahih Bukhari Its Fruits 7 49 If you are certain about Allah سبحانه و تعالى and his angels, and to meet God in Hereafter, and to have belief on Allah s Messengers and on the Day of Judgment, it is ايمان (Faith). Whereas, you worship God, do not associate to God, offer regular prayers, pay obligatory charity, and keep Fast in Ramazan, it is.اسلام Bringing sincerity in all sorts of prayers, it is.احسان ---- No one knows when will be ي و م ال ق ي ام ة (the day of resurrection). However, there are some indications for it. All such things are parts of Faith. Narrated: Anas and Ubada bin As-Samit. 50 Prophet said; The state of affairs of Faith is such that when its delight enters the heart and mixes with them completely, then nobody can be displeased with it. ---- Means will never revert to disbelief. Narrated: Abdullah bin Abbas. 51 Prophet said; Both legal and illegal things are evident but in between them there are doubtful (suspicious) things and whoever saves himself from these suspicious things saves his religion. Beware! There is a piece of flesh in the body, that is heart, if it becomes good the whole body becomes good but if it gets spoilt the whole body gets spoilt. Narrated: An-Numan bin Bashir. 52 The delegation of the tribe of Rabi'a came to the Prophet. They requested to the Prophet to inform them what to do well for the religious deeds. Prophet said the basic elements of Faith are: 1. Testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad is Allah's Messenger. 2. Offer Obligatory prayers. 3. Pay Zakath. 4. Observe Fast during the month of Ramazan. 5. And pay Al-Khumus (one fifth of the booty to be given in Allah's Cause). --- And keep away from all the Alcoholic drinks. Narrated: Abu Jamra. 53 It is the Prophet s saying that "The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions. Every person will get the reward according to what he has intended. Narrated: 'Umar bin Al-Khattab. (See - 1)
Sahih Bukhari Its Fruits 8 54/55 Prophet said; "Spending on anybody with the intension for a reward from God is صدقه (charity). Even if a man spends on his family sincerely and with the intention of having a reward from Allah is also.صدقه Narrated Abu Masood and Saad bin Abi Waqas. 56/57 Prophet said; Other than Prayers and Fasting, well-wishing with every Muslims is also ايمان (Faith). Narrated Jarir bin Abdullah and Ziyad bin Ilaqa.
