ANNOUNCEMENTS YOUTH NIGHT TONIGHT FROM 5-7 PM! Fun! Food! Fellowship! Bring Your Friends! This Week s Lie: If You Aren t Tolerant You Must Be a Hater GOOD NEWS CLUB STARTS OCTOBER 1 This is a wonderful program sponsored by Child Evangelism Fellowship. Our church leads the club at Chapin Elementary School five weeks this fall on Thursdays from 2:30 3:45 PM. Last year we had 150 children signed up! We needs lots of adults who want to share the love of Jesus with children in the public school! If you d like to volunteer or have questions, email Jackie at Jackiel@chapinpres.com. CHILDREN S MINISTRY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Our children s ministry is growing by leaps and bounds! We are in need of loving adult volunteers to care for children during adult small group time and youth meetings on Sunday and Wednesday evenings. We also need more adults to help with KIDZ Spot. There were 56 children here last week! Please PRAY about being part of what God is doing at our church in this ministry, and email Jackie (jackiel@chapinpres.com) if you want to be part of our team or just have questions! Opportunities can be every week, twice a month, or just once a month. RETIRED MEN S BIBLE STUDY Meets Every Wednesday All retired men are invited on Wednesdays from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM in RM 224. 5
