Dua a for Twenty-Third Night of Ramadan م ص الل و غ ل م ح م د و ا ل م ح م د O' Allāh send Your blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin
ب س م الل ي الر ح م ن الر ح م In the Name of Allāh, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful. bi-smi llahi r-rahmani r-rahimi
ة الك د ر ا ر ب ل ل O the Lord of the Grand Night ya rabba laylati alqadri
و ج ف ش ر اغ ل ا خ را م ن ال And He Who decided it to be better than one thousand months; wa ja`ilaha khayran min alfi shahrin
و ر ب الل و و الو ار And the Lord of night and day wa rabba allayli wal-nnahari
و الج ب ال و الب ح ار And the Lord of mountains and oceans, wal-jibali wal-bihari
ه ار م و األ ل و الظ And the Lord of darkness and light, wal-zzulami wal-anwari
و األ ر ض و الس م اء And the earth and the heavens. wal-ardi wal-ssama i
ا ب ار ئ ا م ص ر O the Maker, O the Fashioner, ya bari u ya musawwiru
ا ح و ان ا م و ان O the All-tender, O the All-favorer ya hannanu ya mannanu
ا الل ي ا ر ح م ان O Allah, O the All-beneficent, ya allahu ya rahmanu
م ا الل ي ا ل O Allah, O the Self-Subsisting, ya allahu ya qayyumu
ا الل ي ا ب د ع O Allah, O the wonderful Originator, ya allahu ya badi`u
ا الل ي ا الل ي ا الل ي O Allah; O Allah; O Allah; ya allahu ya allahu ya allahu
س م اء الح س و ل م األ To You are the Most Excellent Names, laka alasma u alhusna
و األ م ثال ا الػ ل And the most elevated examples, wal-amthalu al`ulia
و الن ب ر اء و األ ألء And greatness and bounties. wal-kibrya u wal-ala u
م ح م د و ا ل غ ل ا س ال م ا ن ث ص ل م ح م د I beseech You to bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, as aluka an tusalliya `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin
Dua a for Twenty-Third Night of Ramadan ج ػ و ا ن ث ة و اس م ف ذ ى الل ل ف الس ػ د اء And to include my name with the list of the happiest ones, wa an taj`ala asmy fi hadhihi allaylati fi alssu`ada i
و ر وح م ع الش د اء And to add my soul to the martyrs, wa ruhy ma`a alshshuhada i
و إ ح س اه ف غ ل ن And record my good deeds in the most exalted rank wa ihsany fi `illiyyina
و إ س اء ث م غ ف ر ة And to decide my offense to be forgiven, wa isa aty maghfuratan
ك وا ث ب اش ر ب ي ل ب ل ل ب و ا ن ث And to grant me certitude that fills in my heart wa an tahaba li yaqinan tubashiru bihi qalbi
و إ م اها ذ ب الش م غ و and a faith which drives doubt away from me wa imanan yudhhibu alshshkk `anni
و ث ر ض و ب م ا ل س م ت ل And to make me feel satisfied with that which You decide for me wa turdiyany bima qasamta li
و ا ث و ا ف الده ا ح س و ة And (please) grant us reward in this world wa atina fi alddunya hasanatan
و ف األ خ ر ة ح س و ة And reward in the Hereafter, wa fi alakhirati hasanatan
و ل و ا غ ذ اب الو ار الح ر ق And save us from the torment of the burning Fire, wa qina `adhaba alnnari alhariqi
ن ر ك Dua a for Twenty-Third Night of Ramadan ر ك و ش ل و ف ا ذ ه ال ع ش رين ار ز الث ال ثة و و د عاء الل يلة م و الر غ ب ة إ ل And (also) confer upon us at this night Your mentioning, thanking You, and desiring for You, warzuqny fiha dhikraka wa shukraka walrraghbata ilayka
و الج ف ق ل م ا و ف ك ت ل ي و اإل ه اب ة م ح م دا و ال م ح م د Dua a for Twenty-Third Night of Ramadan And turning to You, and success to that to which You led Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, wal-inabata wal-ttawfiqa lima waffaqta lahu muhammadan wa ala muhammadin
. غ ل ي و غ ل م الس الم peace be upon him and them. `alayhi wa `alayhimu alssalamu
