Presdent H.E.Wllams, O.D.Howard, representng Howard & Perram, Archtects, and Carl T. Stenle, representng The Stenle Constructon Company, were also present., Vce Presdent J.E.Collna presded. Presdent Wllams reported that the trap whch was to have been placed n the tunnel just outsde of the dormtory had been nstalled on the nade of sad buldng and that the manhole thought necessary on the outsde of the buldng had thus been dspensed wth. Presdent Wllams called the attenton of the Eoard to the exposed and unsatsfactory condton of the entrance door n the south wall of the power buldng and suggested that some acton be taken to protect ths entrance way. No acton taken. Estmate No. 6-Pnal n favor of The Syenle Constructon Company for work on contract for completng fourth floor of the Admnstraton Euldng, amountng to $825.35, duly certfed by Howard & Ferram, Archtects, was presented for allowance.
