Property and Insurance Explain any building or renovation projects now under way, including how you plan to fund the projects. Projects expected to start in 2018 should be included. If you are not in the conference-wide insurance program, the Conference Office requires a copy of your insurance declaration page for all policies for property and casualty including crime coverage that you have in place. Include a copy with this budget request.

The Mississippi Annual Conference empowered by love, generosity, justice and apprenticeship forms spiritual leaders, faith communities and connections so more disciples of Jesus Christ transform the world. Again this year, you have an opportunity to make a funding request for mission shares from the Mississippi Annual Conference. We ask that you take seriously your preparation, dialogue with your Board of Directors, and review your goals as you complete these budget requests. Accountability for funds requested and received is essential for United Methodist partners. Designated committees will review your funding requests for mission shares as we continue to align the financial resources of the Mississippi Annual Conference. Goal setting and vision, and alignment with the goals of the Mississippi Annual Conference all play a role in funding allocation. We ask that you complete this request using this pdf document.
