Rainbow Cleansing Meditation Booklet By Elasa Tiernan OT/L, CYT What a wonderful opportunity for great intentions to be actualized with a comprehensive Rainbow Cleansing Practice! This booklet will offer you a guide to set intentions for wisdom, balance, and alignment of your endocrine system. We are all made of up of unseen energies that create energy centers called chakras, which are along the spine and feed energies to our physical bodies. The physical manifestation of each chakra center is an ENDOCRINE GLAND. So for this booklet we will focus on the colors and the corresponding endocrine gland balance and expression for balance. When we are unable to fully digest our emotions, thoughts, or foods our chakras and endocrine system can become out of balance. This booklet offers you simple instructions for in meditation focus and out of meditation daily awareness topics. Find a comfortable place in nature or a special place in your home, and allow yourself to slow down your breath and thoughts as we start with a focus on each endocrine gland and colors that assist their balance. Then you will spend a few moments of intention setting toward wisdom, balance and strength of each focused upon endocrine component(s). This amazing simple practice blends after meditation daily focus of whole foods to eat, and other tid bits for fun recognition and extra energies added to the intentions of the day. Meditation: For each meditation experience, read the suggestions, and hold an intention for each gland then close your eyes and take deep belly breathes as you either imagine the suggestion taking place, or listening within to your body as it speaks and shows you anything that it wants you to become aware of. Once you have done the suggested exercises, allow for 5 mins of deep belly breathing while repeating inside your head, I am balanced in all areas of my body, mind, and soul. I would also suggest journaling your experiences daily. At the completion of your Rainbow Cleanse you will be amazed at the multilevel transformation you will have encountered, and by reading back on your journal entries you will be able to have yet another perspective of just how much you have shifted through your cleanse. **The Rainbow Cleansing Meditation is designed for 12 days of the sequence below, and then to repeat it over again if your cleanse last longer than 12 days.

Day 1: Earth Suggestions for daily practice for Earth Endocrine System: o In meditation notice where you feel grounded at on the Earth- whether grounded in her at a certain distance (core, a few feet, etc), is it grounding within your body at a certain chakra level, or are you lightly hovering on the surface of the earth. o Hold an intention for clarity on how you can assist the Earth o Finish with sounding Om for complete balance with the earth and her biorhythms. o Give thanks to the Earth. Extra focus for the day: q At some point in your day try skipping, twirling, spinning and dancing light footed on the Earth q Garden plant a tree, water your plants, give back to the Earth in some way q Hold a Jasper or Aragonite Crystal throughout day Day 2: Kidneys Suggestions for daily practice for Kidneys: o Reflect in meditation on your connection to your kidneys, your root, your stability, your grounding, and your body as your home o Breathe in and out red light, and notice how Red light affects your intestines, bladder, reproductive organs, kidneys, legs and feet. o After meditation stretch your hips and legs with forward bends and low knee bent dance primal dance o Sound O and grunts o Hold a Amonite Fossil or Kyanite Crystal throughout the day q Eat red foods today with special notice to the color as you eat them. Beets, tomatoes, red carrots, red peppers. Day 3: Reproductive organs (ovaries, or testes) Suggestions for daily practice for ovaries or testes: o Reflect on connection to your relationships and your emotions, and how you are assimilating and digestion of your emotions o View and notice how extra light affects ovaries, testes, uterus and stomach. q Stretch your sacral area with pelvic movements and lower body dance q Eat oranges, carrots, orange peppers, and peaches. q Sound OU q Hold a Fuchsite Crystal throughout the day

Day 4: Adrenals Suggestions for daily practice for Yellow Star: o Reflect on your power, will, and direction in all projects. o Internal scan your adrenal glands, liver, spleen, pancreas and gall bladder; o How are you able to process your feelings and emotions around your power Extra focus points: q Camel pose is great for this area q Eat Squash, lemon juice q Sound out LA q Hold a Gold Fluorite Crystal throughout the day Day 5: Thymus Gland Suggestions for daily practice for Thymus Gland: o Meditation: o Reflect on connection to heart and ability receive and give love unconditionally o Shine light into the thymus gland, heart and lungs o Reflect on how you feel about what you do with your arms Extra focus points for today: q Copra Stretch, chest stretches, cat cow stretch q Eat dark green veggies of all kinds esp. kale, collard q Sound out A q Hold a Rose Quartz Crystal throughout the day Day 6: Heart Muscle Suggestions for daily practice for Heart herself: o Reflect on connection to harmony of the masculine and feminine channels and abilities connected and affects the heart muscle, immunity, and cooperation o Draw turquoise light into the heart core. Extra focus points for today: q Chest thumps on the thymus, and chest stretches such as copra and wheel; also balance poses such as tree and dancing Shiva. q Sounding Ah q Eat things that make your body feel light and in harmony; Chest stretches. q Hold a Chrysoprase or Chrysocolla Crystal throughout the day

Day 7: Thyroid and Para thyroids Suggestions for daily practice for Thyroid: q Mediation: o Reflect on connection to hearing and speaking, overall communication, thyroid gland, parathyroid, and throat. o Draw in blue light into your neck during meditation. q Neck stretches q Eat Blue berries, blue grains and corn, blue tea q Sound Eh q Hold a Blue Calcite throughout the day Day 8: Pituitary o Reflect on the connection to Pituitary gland; Notice how this gland enhances our ability to have inner vision and interpret it, affects all the other hormones and glands, calming gland q Bowing stretches in child pose third eye kiss the floor slowly and repetitions q Eat grapes, purple zucchini, purple radish, purple quinoa q Sound E q Hold a Azurite throughout the day Day 9: Silvery Purple Suggestions for daily practice for Thalamus o Reflect on your connection to the thalamus and its ability to bridge what we hear within and live it fully in your daily life q Wear Silver purple clothing or glitter q May try putting recommended does of colloidal silver in water in a purple tea and bath q Sound EE q Hold a Star Sapphire Crystal

Day 10: Pineal Gland Suggestions for daily practice for Pineal Gland: o Meditation: o Reflect on your connection to Source o Notice the pineal gland and shower it with violet light q Shoulder stand pose q Violet flowers and herb, violet tea etc, plant violet flowers q Wear violet clothing q Take a violet bath q Sound Om q Hold an Amethyst throughout the day Day 11: Brain Suggestions for daily practice for Brain: o Reflect on your connection to your entire brain and spinal cord o Shower the entire central nervous system with silver light. q Notice throughout the day who assists you and whom you may be assisting. Some may feel that you are a guide to them; give thanks to your brain for being able to guide your body to balance. q Hand Stand pose q Silver dikon root, colloidal silver for your water throughout the day q Wear silver clothing or jewelry q Sound Ray q Hold an Angelite or Kyanite Crystal throughout the day Day 12: Soul Suggestions for daily practice for Soul: o Reflect on your connection to your Soul s balancing wisdom o Ask Soul Who and what is my Soul? and ask your Soul what would bring me more balance in my life? q This day is a powerful day to feel your self as Soul. You may also receive a gift from Soul, have a major life shift, make a move, take a new job, start something you always knew you were to do, etc. q Thunderbolt pose, Head stand pose q Gold potatoes, gold fruit such as mango, golden vegetables q Wear gold clothing etc. q Sound AH and I am Soul q Hold Gold, Herkimer Diamond or Kunzite-clear Crystal
