Sir, In continuation to this office letter No: Agri/Estt/Gaz/3717 dated: 27-01- 2016 regarding the subject cited above, kindly find enclosed the list of Officers details of which is reproduced in Annexure- A who have been deputed for Post Graduation Courses by the Govt. under different Govt. Orders at various points of time but their overstayed period spent for completing the Post Graduate Course has not been settled by the competent authority till date. The extra time beyond the minimum requirement of two years has been attributed to turmoil conditions in the valley. It is further to mention that the enlisted officers have drawn salaries for the overstayed period which is beyond the scope of law and is due to be recovered from the officers. It is here to mention that the enlisted officer have not applied till date for the settlement of their overstayed period. It is therefore recommended that overstayed period may please be settled in reference to Order No: 337-Agri of 2012 dated: 13-12- 2012 and also in the same frame work, worked out in Government Order No: 335-Agri of 2015 dated: 19--2015.
