Free Methodist Church of Winnebago (on right) built in 1866-demolished in 1919 Corner of N. Benton and W. Winnebago Streets Congregation of First Presbyterian Church used the building while its 1914 building was being built.

Burritt Community Church dedicated in 1938 Merger of North Burritt Methodist Episcopal Church formed in 1878 & Wempletown Baptist Church built in 1855. The two buildings were combined at the Wempletown Baptist Church site on Trask Bridge Road.
South Burritt Cemetery (Prospect Cemetery) N. Winnebago Road and Smith Roads South Burritt Church was across the road. It closed in the late 1880s & the building was later moved to the Glawe farm and used as a granary.
Winnebago Evangelical Fellowship began meeting in the Town Hall-1977 building completed in 1988

Morning Star Baptist Church formed in 2002 Met at Burritt Town Hall
New Life Bible Church began meeting in the Winnebago Town Hall now at US 20 and Hoisington Road
