(1) These rules may be called The Uttar Pradesh Government Department Subordinate Accounts Cadre (Non-Gazetted) Service (First Amendment) Rules, 2016. (2)(i) Rule 2 of these rules shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from November 07, 2014. (ii) Rules 3, 4 and 5 of these rules shall come into force at once. Substitution of rule 2 2. In the Uttar Pradesh Government Department Subordinate Accounts Cadre (Non Gazetted) Service Rules, 2014, hereinafter referred to as the said rules, for existing rule 2 set out in column 1 below, the rule as set out in column 2 shall be substituted, namely:- COLUMN 1 COLUMN 2 Existing rule Application of these rules 2.These rules shall apply to the posts of the Combined Rule as hereby substituted Application 2.These rules shall of these apply to the posts of rules the Combined

Where the State Government is satisfied that the operation of any rule regulating the conditions of service of persons appointed to the service causes undue hardship in any particular case, it may, notwithstanding anything contained in the rules applicable to the case, by order, dispense with or relax the requirements of that rule to such extent and subject to such conditions as it may consider necessary for dealing with the case in a just and equitable manner: Provided Rule as hereby substituted Relaxation 27.
