This session will consider the unique tax issues affecting clergy and attempt to chart a path toward better understanding for compensation planning. Living Your (Financial) Life Like it s Golden Personal Financial Planning Carefully attending to personal financial matters, such as budgeting and saving, gives credibility to a minister s earnest desire to follow God s instruction. This session will offer practical spending and savings tips that support an enriching relationship with God. Red Light, Green Light Establishing Healthy Boundaries In a time of instantaneous information and seemingly constant contact, how do we as clergy and care-givers set boundaries? Together we ll look at what boundaries are, how to set them, the role of dual relationships, and how to keep our sanity in the midst of it all. Making Your Money Behave Debt Reduction and Management As a clergy person in their first 10-15 years in ministry, salaries may be fairly low and yet, seminary and personal debt may be high. This class will share insight into how you can reduce and manage debt, build an emergency fund and practical steps to permanently stay out of debt.

Come and learn how you can inspire the people who attend your church to be generous givers. Conflict Transformation: A Skill and an Art Knowing how to deal with conflict in a healthy way is both a skill to learn and an art to cultivate. This class will help you formulate both a theoretical understanding and some practical steps for working with individuals and congregations caught in anxiety and conflict. Healthy You Healthy Church Get excited about creating a healthier you and a healthier church. Nutrition and physical activity from a very practical perspective will be the focus of this class.
