In the Gospel today, Jesus, moved with pity, touched the leper and healed him. Let us pray today for the grace to be generous with our gifts to help those who are suffering. An ACTS Retreat allows an opportunity for each person to focus on his or her faith and its application in daily life, to build purpose in one s prayer life, to increase their presence at the liturgy, and to cultivate friendships among members of the Church community. The retreat begins Thursday evening at 5:30pm, with check-in at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, and ends Sunday at the 11:00am Mass. Immediately following the Mass, retreatants will share a meal of fellowship in the parish hall with their families and other members of the parish community.
