You call Your children "very good." We surrender to You the conflicts that tear your family apart. We pray for an end to blindness that places pride, greed, power, and selfishness above human dignity and brotherly love. We pray in gratitude for all of those who have defended peace, virtue, and justice with honor. We pray especially for those who have suffered in mind and body from the ravages of war. Let Your Kingdom come! May Your peace that surpasses all understanding reign in our hearts and in our world. Amen. Page 4 Our Lady of Lourdes, Toledo, November 11, 2018 Landscaping for New Church Property Nature s Corner has proposed a plan for the landscaping of Our Lady of Lourdes. It includes shrubs and trees with colors for every season; pink blossoms in spring, reds and purples throughout summer and dramatic reds and oranges in autumn. The elegant plantings selected are designed to compliment the architecture and red stained glass windows of the church. Consider being part of the beautiful environment by donating a tree or flowering shrub, or contributing toward the landscaping. Notice: Please see an Usher after Mass for a list of giving opportunities for Phase I of the landscape project to be completed this fall. Phase II will include the Shrine and Parish Office.
