IKL distributed 114 dry food baskets to students of the internal department in Bakrajo Kalar. In addition, IKL has also distributed hot meals to 240 students of Chamchamal ICRC to conduct an assessment in Ranya to look at the possibility of providing cash assistance. The results of this assessment will be shared with FSC partners in July. In coordination with JCC, BCF has a plan to distribute food baskets in the areas of Barika and Zrgwez to Iranian refugees in Sulaymaniyah. For Ramadan, BCF has a plan to distribute 1000 food baskets to 1000 IDP families in Sulaymaniah centre in addition to 800 host community families. There are also 500 host community families in Halabja and 500 ones in Ranya to be included.

FUAD: Distributed a total of 2,357 ready to eat rations in Maktb Khald by IHPF of its total of 2,400 rations. Further food assistance will be provided pending availability of funding/resources. OMDA: In newly liberated villages, OMDA informed partners there is no support (Milla Abdallha, Adres Qubas, Adres Xazal, Hndyi ). OMDA raised the issue that it s important to diversify assistance, thus not only focusing on distributions but also livelihoods. Partners shared information on IDPs stranded in the buffer zone (Daquq) where agencies do not have access. Some Immediate Response Rations were provided by FUAD in the buffer zone, in coordination with the MoMD and protection Cluster partners. Food needs remain critical for families in the buffer zone.
