Prayer Diary 3 December 2018-27 January 2019 Monday 3 - Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke? Isaiah 58: v 6 Pray that we may not lose sight of what is important to God Tuesday 4 - Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. Matthew 7: v 24 On Christ, the solid rock, I stand; all other ground is sinking sand. Wednesday 5 But they did not listen or pay attention; instead, they followed the stubborn inclination of their evil hearts. They went backward and not forward. Acts 2: v v 3 and 4 Spirit of the living God, fall afresh on me! Break me, melt me, mould me, fill me! Spirit of the living God fall afresh on me. Wednesday 2ⁿ - The Son of Man will send out his angels, and they will weed out of his kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their father. Exodus 20: v 7 Pray for those who utter profanities Wednesday 16 - Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you. 2 Thessalonians 3: v 16 Remember in prayer those who are consumed by anxiety Thursday 17 - The King said to me, 'What is it you want?'
