This log-in is a Club Presidential citation requirement of Rotary International and so we are going to use our meeting time to accomplish this goal. Because of the importance of this log-in requirement and directory, please be sure to come to the meeting. (Laptop computers will be provided for you to log-in.) The information in the Club Directory will be placed in the Member s only section of club s website and so will not be available to the public. If you do not want to include certain items of information listed below, that is okay. You do not have to include it. As you know, your address, phone number, and e-mail is already in the Member s section of the web site; but by including it in the Directory as well, your fellow Rotarians do not have to look at two locations to obtain that information. You can submit the Directory information in any of the following ways: 1) Bring it in a hard copy/printed/typed format on date determined. We will either type it into the Directory folder that day or outside of club meeting time. Please have it written before you come to the meeting. 2) Bring this information as a Word document on a flash drive so that it can be copied into the Directory folder the day of the meeting. Please have it written before you come to the meeting. 3) E-mail the information as a Word Document attachment to marcusg@shsu.edu by the day of the meeting. Information for the Directory 1) Name 2) Month and Day of birth (year is optional) 3) Occupation/Former occupation 4) Family information: (Spouse s name; children s first names) 5) Hobbies 6) Positions held within Rotary and year(s) (e.g. Board member, Treasurer, President, District Governor, Sergeantat-Arms, RYE Officer, Committee member, etc.) 7) Address 8) Phone number (preferred number(s)) 9) e-mail
