prayerfocus CHILDREN S MINISTRY SILVER BOXES 1. Pray for more manpower to lead the Shiny Tots Ministry (12-30 months) in our Silver Boxes ministry. We will be launching the ministry from 14 Jan 2018. 2. Pray for our upcoming events in December: a. Kindy Agape Camp (for K1 and K2 children) - to minister and present an item to the residents at Econ Home. b. Christmas celebrations on 24 Dec 2017. SONSHINE KIDS 1. Pray for our upcoming Christmas celebrations on 11 Nov. May the Lord touch the children with His love and help them to receive Jesus as their only Lord and Saviour. 2. Pray for our Day Camp on 18 Nov as we reach out to the children with the Prophetic Team. Pray that the children will encounter God and make the decision to love Him with all their heart. DISCIPLESHIP & NURTURE 1. Pray for those who will be baptized on 19 Nov 17 and those who will be received as members on 26 Nov 17, that God will continue to reveal Himself to them as they continue on their path of being disciples of Christ and members of His body. YOUTH SERVICE 1. Pray for our youths who are taking their N/O/A Level exams, that they will have clarity of mind to understand and remember what they have studied. 2. Pray for the PSLE results of the P6s to be favourable and for wise school choices. Pray that the transition from primary school to secondary school will be smooth and that they may make good friendships. 3. Pray for the Navigate camp committee as they plan for this mini-camp, that the campers will not come just for the fun of it but also to come together to meet and encounter God together. Pray for the P6s who might be joining us, that they will have a smooth integration into the Youth Ministry through this camp.

Children's Ministry 1. Silver Boxes Kindy Camp Agape 2017 Dear Parents and Children, The Kindy Department of Silver Boxes is organising CAMP AGAPE 2017, a day camp for our K1 and K2 children (ages 5 and 6 as of 2017) to experience God s love and develop a heart of compassion for the senior citizens of Econ Home, located at the nearby Recreation Road. Our programme will include games, songs and Bible stories, as well as craft time, where the children will make a gift to bless the elderly residents. There will also be time allocated on day one to rehearse their parts for a blessing item at Econ Home on Sunday, 3 December 2017. Through CAMP AGAPE, we hope our children can learn what it means to be A Family Blessed to Bless the Community and the Nations. PLMC Marriage Preparation 2018 PLMC Marriage Preparation Course, conducted once a year, aims to help couples understand the biblical concepts of marriage and be equipped for life as a couple. Dates/Time: Wed 4, 11, 18, 25 Apr, 2, 9, 16, 23 May 2018 /7.45pm- 9.45 pm Who should attend: Couples are strongly encouraged to attend the course one year before their wedding date. Prepare-Enrich Assessment: In this segment, couples on their own, complete a customised online assessment inventory which covers all aspects of their relationship. Please be prepared to set aside 2 other dates (during office hours) for a trained Prepare-Enrich facilitator to help you interpret and guide you through the results of the assessment. Group Sharing: For all the sessions, couples will get to watch videos followed by small group sharing facilitated by a more experienced married couple.
