Breakfast, lunch and dinner included Day 3: Sunday, January 14 Early breakfast at hotel Experience a powerful and reflective visit to Yad Vashem, the National Memorial and Museum of the Holocaust telling the story of the six million Jews murdered by the Nazis during World War II. at Yad Vashem Cafeteria Hike in the Ein Gedi desert oasis at Nachal David and float in the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth.
Day 4: Monday, January 15 Early breakfast at hotel Visit Temple Mount or Haram al-sharif 9:15 Kids4Peace youth movement and NGO operates summer camps, leadership seminars, and other programs for more than 500 Palestinian and Israeli kids. Hear about the program and meet some of the kids involved. 10:30 Meet with Riman Barakat and head to Ramallah 11:30 Visit Ramallah and meet with PA Official (depending on availability) Pre packed lunch in Ramallah 14:00 Visit Rawabi, the first planned Palestinian city in the West Bank. Meet with Palestinian business leaders 17:00 Meet with journalist Matti Friedman Dinner on own in Jerusalem Day 5: Tuesday, January 16 9:00 Set off to tour the barrier whose many names represent how politically loaded it is. Danny Tirza, architect of the Security Barrier/Separation Wall will take us along the barrier straddling the Green Line on a fascinating geopolitical tour 15:00 Visit the Roots Tent in Gush Etzion for a shared panel with settlers and Palestinians, who have denounced violence and endeavor to live together despite deep ideological divisions 17:30 Meet with Dr. Gershon Baskin, who was an advisor to Israeli, Palestinian and other world leaders on the Middle East Peace Process. 15:00 We ll enjoy a 4X4 jeep ride to Mount Bental for a panoramic view of the Golan Heights and Syria and learn about the fierce fighting that took place in 1967 and 1973 between the Syrian army and the Israeli army. Visit Capernaum, where a second century synagogue was discovered which threw light on the life of the community of that era. According to the Christian tradition, Jesus served here as a local rabbi and performed miracles. On to Mount of Beatitudes; North of the Sea of Galilee, atop the Beatitudes Mount, lies a beautiful church where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the northern part of Sea of Galilee, including Tabgha and Capernaum.
