Yah Spoke to Pharaoh (Gen 41) 15 And Pharaoh said to Yosĕph, I have dreamed a dream, and there is no one to interpret it. Now I myself have heard it said of you that you understand a dream, to interpret it. 16 And Yosĕph answered Pharaoh, saying, It is not in me, let Elohim answer Pharaoh with peace. (17-24 the dream) 25 And Yosĕph said to Pharaoh, The dream of Pharaoh is one. Elohim has shown Pharaoh what He is about to do.
Yah spoke to Pharaoh (Gen 41) (26-27 the interpretation) 28 This is the word which I spoke to Pharaoh: Elohim has shown Pharaoh what He is about to do. 32 And the dream was repeated to Pharaoh twice because the word is established by Elohim, and Elohim is hastening to do it. Yah spoke to Pharaoh.
YAH also spoke to Abimelech Laban Balaam / Balak Ahab Nebudchadnezzar Nineveh Caesar

Psalm 73 12 Behold, these are the wicked; And always at ease, they have increased in wealth. 13 Surely in vain I have kept my heart pure And washed my hands in innocence; 14 For I have been stricken all day long And chastened every morning.... 16 When I pondered to understand this, It was troublesome in my sight 17 Until I came into the sanctuary of God; Then I perceived their end. 18 Surely You set them in slippery places; You cast them down to destruction. 19 How they are destroyed in a moment! They are utterly swept away by sudden terrors!... 27 For, behold, those who are far from You will perish; You have destroyed all those who are unfaithful to You.
