In Christ Alone In Christ alone my hope is found; he is my light, my strength, my song-- This cornerstone, this solid ground, firm through the fiercest drought and storm. What heights of love, what depths of peace, when fears are stilled, when strivings cease. My comforter, my all in all, here in the love of Christ I stand. In Christ alone, who took on flesh-- fullness of God in helpless babe!-- this gift of love and righteousness, scorned by the ones he came to save. 'Til on the cross as Jesus died, the wrath of God was satisfied. For every sin on him was laid; here in the death of Christ I live. No guilt in life, no fear in death, this is the power of Christ in me; from life's first cry to final breath, Jesus commands my destiny. No power of hell, no human plan, can ever pluck me from his hand; 'til he returns or calls me home, here in the power of Christ I'll stand! Mighty to Save Everyone needs compassion A love that's never failing Let mercy fall on me. Everyone needs forgiveness the kindness of a Savior, the hope of nations Chorus: Savior, he can move the mountains My God is mighty to save, he is mighty to save. Forever Author of Salvation He rose and conquered the grave; Jesus conquered the grave So take me as you find me, all my fears and failures; fill my life again. I give my life to follow everything I believe in. Now I surrender (Chorus) Shine your light and let the whole world see We're singing for the glory of the risen king (repeat) (Chorus) I Will Sing of My Redeemer I will sing of my Redeemer And His wondrous love to me; On the cruel cross He suffered, From the curse to set me free. Refrain: Sing, O sing of my redeemer, With His blood He purchased me; On the cross He sealed my pardon, Paid the debt and made me free. I will praise my dear Redeemer, His triumphant pow'r I'll tell, How the victory He giveth Over sin and death and hell. refrain I will sing of my Redeemer And His heav'nly love to me; He from death to life hath bro't me, Son of God with Him to be. refrain Sing! A New Creation Sing! A new creation calls us: God's Son, firstborn from the dead, makes the drowning which befalls us into cleansing birth instead. Singing water, wild with wonder, washing, more than what it seems, baptizes and drags us under, lifts us as our Christ redeems. Sing, a new creation growing life-trees by the Father's stream. Go and teach, send justice flowing, quench dry souls, compose a dream. Sing amens, alive and agile, answering God's creating song. Baptize peoples, parched and fragile, in the Name that makes us strong. Go My Children, With My Blessing Go, my children, with my blessing, never alone. Waking, sleeping, I am with you, you are my own. In my love's baptismal river, I have made you mine forever. Go, my children, with my blessing, you are my own. Go, my children, sins forgiven, at peace and pure. Here you learned how much I love you, what I can cure. Here you heard my dear son's story, here you touched him, saw his glory. Go, my children, sins forgiven, at peace and pure.
