Castan eda at least nine months prior to the proposed marriage date. Marriage preparation involves a series of meetings with the priest, married couples, and a retreat. Coming to Mass every weekend and participating in the life of the parish community is vitally important for those who wish to be married. Couples should not be living together prior to marriage. BAPTISM Anyone desiring the Sacrament of Baptism for themselves or for his or her infant child should contact Deb Brandt, Pastoral Coordinator. The Baptism of infants requires an active faith on the part of their parents and godparents. Coming to Mass every weekend and participating in the life of the parish community is vitally important for those who wish their children to be baptized. FUNERALS In the event of the death of a loved one, please contact the parish of ice or Father Castan eda directly. The family representative (s) should arrange to meet with Father Castan eda regarding the liturgical preparation: Wake Service, Funeral Mass and Internment. The Funeral Mass may be scheduled for any day of the week except Sunday. ANOINTING OF THE SICK In the case of serious illness or in irmity contact Father Castan eda at the parish of ice to arrange for receiving the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick. Those with scheduled surgeries may receive the Sacrament at home or at the church prior to going to the hospital for the surgery.
HOLY FAMILY-ST. WILLIAM-WITTENBERG Easter Egg Giving: Our CCW is sponsoring an Easter Egg Giving opportunity un l Easter this year. Each egg will have a parish need listed on its back and approximate value. Needs may be for the RE Center, parish hall kitchen, or the church itself. You will be able to gather an egg (or two) of your choice. Easter Eggs and direc ons for this giving are available in the Gathering Area. A Huge Thank you to the parishioners of HF-SW!!!! Thank you to Fr. Jose for the celebra on of Mass. What a great show of community in preparing/hos ng the Annual K & K Dinner/Raffle the past weekend. The involvement of every age with this dinner is so heartwarming. We had many people from all over the state come and enjoy the food and all felt so welcomed!
