TURN YOUR VISION INTO REALITY GO. GROW.

What is your ministry vision? And what is your plan to accomplish it with God s grace and provision? Our purpose is to release the Gospel and Great Commission potential of each and every church no matter the size, location, or style of ministry. If you are facing challenges or growing, we are made for you. We believe every church needs a clear plan to accomplish the mission of Christ and extreme confidence about the work at hand. No two churches are alike and, unfortunately, there are no simple solutions that apply everywhere. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. Matthew 28:19-20 I m grateful we chose to work with Intentional Churches. Our staff and lay leadership has reached a whole new level with their help! The clarity from the planning and ongoing coaching has built incredible momentum in our ministry. If you re serious about reaching people for Christ and maximizing your leadership, give them a call. Nate Schaus, Senior Pastor Summit Community Church Buckeye, AZ

They devoted themselves to the apostles teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. Acts 2:42-47 We Do One Thing Over the last decade we have developed a proven, non-traditional planning system called Intentional GrowthPlanning & Coaching that works in any church. With incredible efficiency, it reveals honesty about your current circumstances, clarifies vision, and unifies your team around a plan to accomplish the Great Commission where God placed you. More importantly, it is repeatable, trainable, and it really works no matter the size, location, or age of your ministry. It was built by church leaders to work in your church. And it can become a planning system you use again and again. With our help initially, you will renew your vision, align your team, and create a vision dashboard for accountability and to monitor progress. You will also have a Coach that is training and providing resources to your team until you are comfortable to run the race on your own. These guys are the real deal. I love the fact that they don t use a cookie-cutter approach. They have a skill set that not many of us have and can help us all go to another level. Dave Stone, Senior Pastor Southeast Christian Church Louisville, KY

Intentional GrowthPlanning & Coaching Hundreds of churches are now running on Intentional GrowthPlanning (IGP) and seeing the wins and breakthrough in Great Commission effectiveness it can bring, again and again. Why IGP and what makes it unique? Uncommon confidence and conviction. You will believe in the outcome more than you ever have before. It s unlike anything you ve experienced. Of course we will gather data and information in advance of our work together, but instead of a providing a report and walking away, together we will create a plan around which your team will rally. Unique approach to vision. Together, we will develop a future vision and use the frame of double impact to stretch your team to create the right action plan. We will push and stretch your team. We believe every church should be renewing its vision to double every 1-2 years with or without us. The get it factor. We are church leaders working with church leaders instead of consultants giving you recommendations. We will use our expertise to guide you, but our outside voice will soon feel like leaders in the trenches alongside you. A solid biblical foundation. We use the fundamentals of scripture to create a foundation for our work. We will look at IC s custom tools called the Great Commission Engine, Priorities of a Growing Church, and Engagement Pathway all scripturally based to create an incredible starting conversation for a great plan to grow. High adaptability. Through years of experience, we ve come to understand how to contextualize Intentional GrowthPlanning. We ve worked with a wide range of church leadership paradigms and traditions. We know how to adapt to your culture because we don t seek to prescribe methodology and practice. N R A LE EXPERIENCE Intentional Churches isn t just about theory. They are challenging us to think strategically and proactively. They aren t advice givers as much as facilitators who lead us to come up with the right solutions. I am hiring them again so we can learn to grow our church the way they teach you to do it. Josh Finley, Senior Pastor Elim Gospel Church Lima, NY

We never felt pressured to change who we are, but were challenged to think through how to reach more people for Christ and help them grow. Steve Smith, Associate Pastor Linworth Baptist Church Worthington, OH

From the Founders When we started Intentional Churches we had no idea what God would do and how He would move. It s been amazing to see His provision, the IC team come together, and so many churches lean into intentionality regarding the Great Commission. We ve seen old churches revitalized, young churches focused, and existing churches renew their vision and plan to reach more for Christ. We believe a revolution is unfolding. Time is short and we are definitely better together! Doug Parks We are church leaders just like you. (You can read more about our story on our website.) In our hearts, we believe each church has unlimited potential to take spiritual ground in the name of Christ. We believe the power to reach people and change lives is in the Gospel, not us. We just need the Holy Spirit s guidance to point us in the right Co-founder and CEO direction and convict our hearts about what must be done!! Blessings on your work. You are our heroes and mentors.
