The Finishing of Wrath Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous, seven angels who had seven plagues, which are the last, because in them the wrath of God is finished. 2 And I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, and those who had been victorious over the beast and his image and the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, holding harps of God. (Rev. 15:1-2 NAU)
The Finishing of the Wrath Seven plagues : Like the 10 Plagues of Moses, Expressing God s Anger/Wrath at Sin/Evil. Sea of glass mixed with fire : The Sea of Glass Is like the Sky that Separates the Finite from the Infinite. It Usually Induces Serenity and the Fear of God. Fire Is the Expression of Anger/Wrath/Judgment. Those who had been victorious : Tribulation Saints Who Kept their Faith in Jesus Despite the Threats on their Lives from the Antichrist (Beast, Image, 666).
The Songs of Moses & Jesus 3 And they sang the song of Moses, the bondservant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, "Great and marvelous are Your works, O Lord God, the Almighty; Righteous and true are Your ways, King of the nations! 4 "Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy; For ALL THE NATIONS WILL COME AND WORSHIP BEFORE YOU, FOR YOUR RIGHTEOUS ACTS HAVE BEEN REVEALED." (Rev. 15:3-5 NAU)
The Songs of Moses & Jesus Moses, the bond-servant of God : The Greatest Prophet of Israelites & Jews Is a Slave of God. The Lamb : Jesus Christ Is the Son of God, the Heir of the Household of God, the King of the World to Come, the Head and Husband of the Church, the Creator, Redeemer, and Ruler of All Things Created. Great and marvelous are Your works : God s Work in Creation, Redemption, Regeneration, Sanctification on Both Israel and the Church Are Marvelous.
The Songs of Moses and Jesus O Lord God, the Almighty : God the Father. King of the nations : God the Son = Jesus Christ. Righteous and true are Your ways : Jesus Is the Way, the Truth and the Life of Righteousness and Love. Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify Your name : The ultimate Right Position of Creation toward God. You alone are holy : The Triune God Alone Is the Holy (Separated) One from All Creation.
The Songs of Moses and Jesus ALL THE NATIONS WILL COME AND WORSHIP BEFORE YOU : 9 All nations whom You have made shall come and worship before You, O Lord, And they shall glorify Your name. (Ps. 86:9 NAU) 23 "And it shall be from new moon to new moon And from sabbath to sabbath, All mankind will come to bow down before Me," says the LORD. (Isa. 66:23 NAU)
The Songs of Moses and Jesus FOR YOUR RIGHTEOUS ACTS HAVE BEEN REVEALED : 7 "So now, take your stand, that I may plead with you before the LORD concerning all the righteous acts of the LORD which He did for you and your fathers. (1 Sam. 12:7 NAU) 16 "O Lord, in accordance with all Your righteous acts, let now Your anger and Your wrath turn away from Your city Jerusalem, Your holy mountain (Dan. 9:16 NAU) My people, remember now What Balak king of Moab counseled And what Balaam son of Beor answered him, And from Shittim to Gilgal, So that you might know the righteous acts of the LORD. (Mic. 6:5 NAU)
The Song of Moses and Jesus The Greatest Righteous Acts of God: Electing Abraham to Form a Nation of Israel Giving Moses the Law as the Standard of Righteousness Judging Israel for Failure to Obey the Law Giving His Son Jesus Christ to Redeem All Humanity Sending the Holy Spirit to Save the Church from All Nations Judging the World for Refusing the Grace in Jesus Christ.
The 7 Bowls Prepared 5 After these things I looked, and the temple of the tabernacle of testimony in heaven was opened, 6 and the seven angels who had the seven plagues came out of the temple, clothed in linen, clean and bright, and girded around their chests with golden sashes. 7 Then one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God, who lives forever and ever. 8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from His power; and no one was able to enter the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were finished. (Rev. 15:5-8 NAU)
The 7 Bowls Prepared The temple of the tabernacle of testimony in heaven: Testimony = Ark of Covenant Tabernacle = Holy of Holies Temple = Dwelling Place of the Glory of God. In Heaven: All Symbolic and Thematic about the Importance of God s Glory, Holiness, and Covenant. Clothed in linen : Priestly Garb Symbolizing the Righteous Acts of Saints (Rev 19:8)
The 7 Bowls Prepared Girded around their chests with golden sashes: Gold Is a Symbol of Royalty; Girded Belt Relates to Truth Stand firm therefore, HAVING GIRDED YOUR LOINS WITH TRUTH, and HAVING PUT ON THE BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, (Eph. 6:14) The wrath of God, who lives forever and ever : Accumulated over 6000 years of Human History. No one was able to enter the temple until : Futility to Oppose God s Wrath at the Time of Judgment.
The First 2 Bowls 16:1 Then I heard a loud voice from the temple, saying to the seven angels, "Go and pour out on the earth the seven bowls of the wrath of God." 2 So the first angel went and poured out his bowl on the earth; and it became a loathsome and malignant sore on the people who had the mark of the beast and who worshiped his image. 3 The second angel poured out his bowl into the sea, and it became blood like that of a dead man; and every living thing in the sea died. (Rev. 16:1-3 NAU)
The 3rd Bowl 4 Then the third angel poured out his bowl into the rivers and the springs of waters; and they became blood. 5 And I heard the angel of the waters saying, "Righteous are You, who are and who were, O Holy One, because You judged these things; 6 for they poured out the blood of saints and prophets, and You have given them blood to drink. They deserve it." 7 And I heard the altar saying, "Yes, O Lord God, the Almighty, true and righteous are Your judgments." (Rev. 16:4-7 NAU)
The 4th Bowl 8 The fourth angel poured out his bowl upon the sun, and it was given to it to scorch men with fire. 9 Men were scorched with fierce heat; and they blasphemed the name of God who has the power over these plagues, and they did not repent so as to give Him glory. (Rev. 16:8-9 NAU) The First 4 Bowl Judgments Follow the Path of the First 4 Seal and the First 4 Trumpet Judgments: Land, Sea, Water, and People. Pushing to the Extreme, but the Reaction of the World Is Still Recalcitrance.
The 1st 4 Seals, Trumpets & Bowls Seals (Rev 6) Trumpets (Rev 8) Bowls (Rev 16) White Horse: Antichrist Conquers Nations 1/3 Land Burned Boils on All Men with the Mark of the Beast Red Horse: Wars 1/3 Sea Become Blood All of the Sea 1/3 Sea Creatures Die Become Blood; All 1/3 Ships Are Sunk Sea Creatures Die Black Horse: Famine 1/3 Fresh Water Become Bitter All Fresh Water Become Blood Pale Horse: Death 1/3 of the Sun, Moon & Stars Become Dark The Sun Will Burn the People
The 5th Bowl 10 Then the fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom became darkened; and they gnawed their tongues because of pain, 11 and they blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores; and they did not repent of their deeds. (Rev. 16:10-11 NAU) The Judgment of Darkness Is Like the 9th Plague of Moses on Egypt. The Reaction Is Cursing God.
The 6th Bowl 12 The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river, the Euphrates; and its water was dried up, so that the way would be prepared for the kings from the east. 13 And I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits like frogs; 14 for they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them together for the war of the great day of God, the Almighty. 15 ("Behold, I am coming like a thief. Blessed is the one who stays awake and keeps his clothes, so that he will not walk about naked and men will not see his shame.") 16 And they gathered them together to the place which in Hebrew is called Har-Magedon. (Rev. 16:1216 NAU)
Armageddon Kings of the East : Like the 4 Kings of the East from Mesopotamia (Gen 12), Crossing Euphrates: Perhaps the Scene in Ezek 38:1-6 Gog of Magog (Rosh, Meshech and Tubal): In Turkey. Persia (Iran), Ethiopia (Sudan), Put (Libya), Gomer (Germany), Beth-Togarmah (House of Turks). Total Population of These Islamic Countries: c.200 Million. Three unclean spirits: from the Dragon (Satan), the Beast (Antichrist) and the False Prophet: False Trinity. Har-Magedon : Mountain of Megiddo.
The 7th Bowl 17 Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl upon the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple from the throne, saying, "It is done." 18 And there were flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder; and there was a great earthquake, such as there had not been since man came to be upon the earth, so great an earthquake was it, and so mighty. 19 The great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. Babylon the great was remembered before God, to give her the cup of the wine of His fierce wrath. 20 And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. 21 And huge hailstones, about one hundred pounds each, came down from heaven upon men; and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, because its plague was extremely severe. (Rev. 16:17-21 NAU)
The 7th Bowl The great city : Perhaps Jerusalem. Babylon the great : False Religion from the Time of the Tower of Babel, the Religion of Nimrod and Semiramis, Which Continued in All False Religions, especially the Heretical Monotheistic Ones: Judaism, Islam, Catholicism, Free Masonry etc. Man s Reaction Is Again Recalcitrance and Cursing God.
