Kundalini Yoga as Taught by Yogi Bhajan Kundalini yoga, in the form it was being presented to the world by Yogi Bhajan since 1968 is the set of technologies leading to the awakening of the soul and fulfilment of our human potential. By using these technologies, we gradually and safely remove the layers of our false personalities, habits and tendencies, we pull them out of our subconscious into the light of consciousness where they can be recognised and accepted. Until then they influence our acting, thoughts and life itself. Kundalini yoga (as well as any other kind of yoga) leads us to connection. To connection of the body, mind and soul. Connection of finite and infinite. To recognition of what is real and what is illusion. The basic kundalini yoga sets of exercises are called kriyas. These sets are arranged so that the energy would move in the desired direction. Each of the exercises activates not only the muscles of the body, sometimes even the deep-seated muscles we did not even know we had, but it mainly stimulates the nervous system and activates the endocrine glands. The performing of these sets is like alchemy which has its own rules and procedures. Another important instrument that is used are various meditations which draw our attention right where we need it. Sometimes the important component is breathing technique, other times we use the mantra. We always direct the eyes and attention into appropriate space and we use mudras (the positions of hands/fingers or other body parts) to lead the energy into desired direction. Meditations teach us how to train your mind. Practically it means that during all the workshops we are going to perform exercises, make breathing exercises, chant the mantras, relax a lot and meditate. Lots of meditations and relaxation would be supported by the vibrations of gong which helps to relax even deeper. The gong playing is the technology that is usually very pleasant, and we are going to enjoy it together. No matter if you are the beginner or experienced practitioner, we are looking forward to spending the time with you.

Sat Shabad Kaur Martina Krausová I practice Kundalini Yoga regularly since 2010 when it entered into my life and I knew it is going to stay. I fell in love with it so much that the only logical step was to pass it on. I lead the lessons and workshops of kundalini yoga since 2012. Kundalini yoga gradually pushed out all my other activities and slowly assumed the essential place in my life. For a few years I acted as an interpreter in level one kundalini yoga teacher training and now I am studying to act as a teacher there. My great love is healing art Sat Nam Rasayan which was also passed on by Yogi Bhajan. It is undivided part of my daily practice and my kundalini yoga teaching. With the help of deep meditations Sat Nam Rasayan makes us more subtle and shows us yet unseen. My greatest pleasure and intention is to lead the people on their way to themselves into their hearts. To explore more and more aspects of who we really are during the journey. The Kundalini yoga practice, as well as Sat Nam Rasayan and passing their heritage on is very natural and joyful for me. I am looking forward to and enjoy every moment that I can be present to teaching of kundalini yoga. I am very grateful that I can take part in this wonderful transformation. Sat Nam.
Karamjot Singh Michal Poupě Kundalini yoga literally fell to me from the cosmos in the autumn 2009 thanks to satellite channel Body In Balance. One day Maya Fiennes emerged from the flood of various yoga styles with videos shot on the seashore during the sunset. Her practise was very different from the rest of yoga, she was dressed all in white, her videos were shot in white room and most importantly there was blissful music. The moderation of the whole kundalini yoga setting appealed to me that I started practising it regularly just to find out that this is the yoga that FINALLY WORKS... And since then I practise kundalini yoga every single day. After year and a half of home practise I was lucky to find Kundalini Yoga Center in Jindřišská street, Prague, which has became the first Czech permanent realm of kundalini yoga thanks to Katya and Hynek. My idea o perfect kundalini yoga class is to match all the ingredients of kundalini yoga practise together so that you would be taken by the stream of the exercises, meditations, relaxation and music through unexpected places inside your body and mind and in the end to be spit out pleasantly tired and stretched wide-eyed with joy. Simply like after good trip full of unexpected experiences.
