Service Extension Department Director s Statement Good Programs + Good People + Good Administration = Good Community Support
Service Extension Department Director s Statement Affirms and expands our long held conviction that high quality social services attract a high level of funding. Donors want to give to effective and winning organizations, and the local Salvation Army Service Unit is just such organization. * In 65 small towns across the Northeast Ohio Division, nearly $600,000 was raised for direct service in the weeks leading up to Christmas each of the past three years.
COMPASSION INTO ACTION Leads to ministries centered on providing the core services long associated with The Salvation Army. Examples include: Providing that safety net for folks who have fallen through the cracks Moving families toward a sustainable and stable future Helping the inmate we ve pastored inside the prison to be a productive member of society outside the prison Providing clean-up kits, food, clothing, and shelter to victims of disasters
