APPRECIATION Thank you to all who participated in packing a shoebox and taking part in this year s Box of Joy program through Cross Catholic Outeach. This year our parish packed 184 Boxes of Joy (that beat our number form 2017) which will be distributed to children in need around the world. The generosity of this parish is truly AMAZING! A very sincere round of gratitude to the members of the Resurrection Choir, Hospitality Group, and Altar Server who despite the snow storm on Friday, made it to church for the Funeral of Louise Maynard. What dedication! Thank you for your generosity to the All Souls Day collection in support of cemetery operations. Donations totaled $1,287. These funds are very important as we are facing budgetary challenges due to increased insurance premiums and other mandatory expenses. Thanks to those who participated in the Fall grave sales promotion. 15 cemetery plots were sold in October, making this a most successful effort. While the cemetery budget shortfall still exists, this increased revenue will go a long way in reducing this deficit. We thank those who have given generously and ask all who have not yet given to prayerfully consider doing so. The Appeal helps our Church and our parish in so many ways. Kindly consider supporting this appeal. Thank you. BUILDING AND GROUNDS You have seen that our church doors were beautifully coated to protect from further damage during winter. This was done as a donation to our parish by our very own parishioner; Francis Paolangeli. This is just a temporary fix for now. He has promised to ship them out for a more detailed fix which will include some repair on the damaged spots. We thank him for his generosity. He is also helping us fix the church main entrance stairs. We anticipate major repairs to our church in the very near future.
