In a church that is all structure, PEOPLE ARE ENTERTAINED BUT THEY ARE NEVER EMPOWERED.
Structure creates the foundation for the experience.
Emerging leaders are seeking their identity in the Spirit-filled arena, while many long term existing leaders have lost theirs.
How do I build a relevant, structured church that is 100% bathed in the presence and power of the Holy Spirit?
Do you have a church and ministry where people can experience the supernatural?
Is there an atmosphere where people can be filled with the Holy Spirit?
Does my church and ministry function like a New Testament church?
Is there a prophetic presence in this house?

You lead them to refreshing Spiritual water BECAUSE YOU ARE THIRSTY TOO!
Thirsty shepherds lead their congregational flocks to the waters of revival.
Any move of God that is not pastored and shepherded will eventually get lost and die.
2. You must passionately pursue the uncommon as you must vehemently deny the weird.
Weird eerie, unnatural, bizarre, strange and creepy.
Uncommon unusual, remarkable, extraordinary, special and outstanding.
3. Become comfortable in a Spirit empowered atmosphere.
If you are skeptical, guarded and resistant to the moving and manifestation of the Holy Spirit, your people will be as well.
Be careful how you lead, because you will eventually lead yourself.
There are times when you have to learn to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
When someone gets weird, DON T BLAME THE HOLY SPIRIT, THEY WERE WEIRD BEFORE HE EVER SHOWED UP.

This prophecy promise was delivered 600 years earlier, but it did not manifest until the right time! DO YOU BELIEVE THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME FOR A MOVE OF GOD?
