PRAYER AND PRAISE Please remember in your prayers Mina Uittenbogaard, Clarella Van Marel, Sheryl Warntjes and Janice Sneller. Pray that they feel the love of God and benefit from His strength. A huge Thank You to Sheila Hinderks for her contributions to our Advent Narnia experience. Her artistic talents enhance the Christian themes we will explore during this Advent season. Please include in your prayers Larry Salmon, brother to Pat Harms, as he and his medical team explore treatment options for his cancer. Please also remember the friends and family of LeAnn (Chick) Jensen who passed away this past week. She was the youngest daughter of Ray Chick and the late Sharon (Chick) Moret. Services are pending at this time. ANNOUNCEMENTS If you are visiting today, WELCOME! Be our guest! We welcome you to our worship experience. Enjoy a time of fellowship either before the service with a cup of coffee found in the room off the sanctuary, or afterward in the same room or the fellowship hall in our church basement. There will be Sunday School following worship this morning. There are classes for all ages! Children meet in the basement. If you are interested in an adult class, please come to Pastor Dave s office just up the stairs and through the secretary s office. You are all welcome! Next Sunday, we begin on the first Sunday of Advent to explore the theme A Light in the Darkness from John 1:1-14; 10:7-10. We hope that this study interests you. Please come back as we consider the Christian themes from the land of Narnia. Secret Sisters! It is time for our reveal party! We hope you are able to come! The party will be held on Tuesday, December 11 th at 7 pm in the fellowship basement. We will reveal who your secret sister was this past year, as well as fill out new forms to do Secret Sister again next year! If you wish to be involved but cannot attend the party, just talk to Teresa in the office. This is a wonderful way to lift up your sisters in Christ! 3
