We give because God gave, we give so that God s work can be done on earth (Math. 28:19). We give to make way for more blessings. If you give God nothing then he has nothing to multiply. If you give your talent, time, energy and resources, God will work abundance and overflow in your life. (Psa. 65:11). David gave his best resources for the building of the temple in Jerusalem and therefore laid a foundation for His son Solomon to be blessed (1 Chron. 29:1-14).
