Sermon Corner This Week s Message: How Has God Blessed You? When we pray and fast, we should not make a big to do over it, publicly. That doesn t mean we cannot as we have done, share together, but we should not complain or overly acknowledge that we are fasting. We are supposed to act as if nothing is different, as we spend more time in prayer and as we fast from certain things. As the fast concludes in a couple days, how has God blessed you? Scripture: Matthew 6:16-18 Next Week s Message: Christmas is not your Birthday Most of us have more than we need and if we don t have it, we have the funds to buy it. Christmas has become a holiday to lavish ourselves and our family with gifts. Most of us have plenty yet there are those who do not have enough, even in our own counrty and community. What if we gave an equal amount of money spent on Christmas to others? Scripture: 1 Corinthians 1:3-9 Rev. Ray writes a devotional thought Monday through -Friday each week.
