The 34 th Meeting of Central Joint Staff Council (CJSC) of ICAR shall be held on 6 th July, 2015 at 10.00 AM. at Committee Room No.3, NASC Complex under the Chairmanship of Director General, ICAR. 2. With the approval of the Competent Authority, eight centers viz. NASC, New Delhi; IARI, New Delhi, IASRI, New Delhi; CIAE, Bhopal; CIBA, Chennai; NAARM, Hyderabad; CIFE Mumbai & CRIJAF, Barrackpore have been identified for the above meeting. All the CJSC members shall attend the meeting from the nearest/shortest identified vicinal centre ( as per list enclosed). The Chairman CJSC, Members (Official Side) and the CJSC members of ICAR Hqrs. and FAC members shall attend the meeting at Conference Hall, NASC Complex, Pusa, New Delhi. 3. A copy of this communication is being endorsed to all the Directors of the ICAR Institutes for their kind information with a request to allow the CJSC members to travel to the nearest identified centre to participate in the meeting as per their travel entitlement.
