Energy notes Back in the December / January 1980 issue of my limited newsletter for Solarius in Chicago, I printed 15 Postulates of Psychic Massage which are (no doubt things) used in Reiki. 1. Energy exists. 2. Energy flow is related to breath. 3. Energy circulates freely in a healthy body. 4. Attitudes and feelings can block energy when their energy is separated or withheld from the total flow. 5. Withheld energy occupies space in the body at definite locations. 6. Withheld energies have qualities that can be psychically identified. 7. Withheld energies can be activated and moved by the application of energy. 8. Energy is the substance of all things. It is available in unlimited supply. 9. There is no death, only departure from the physical plane or dimension of existence. 10. A person s physical body is the visible form of his auric bodies. It is his mind given density. Thus, the body is literally the shape of consciousness. 11. The body is a focusing mechanism, like a prism or crystal. It channels energy to make creative changes in the physical world. 12. Every person is totally responsible for his own personal universe. (S)he attracts an environment that reflects his attitudes. He chooses conditions of childhood and adulthood. 13. The physical environment functions as a mirror or screen for projections. Although a person carries many energies in his body, he identifies with only a few. The others he projects onto the persons or conditions of his environment so that they are seen as outside. 14. The universe is in perfect order. Not a thing is out of place. From the viewpoint of karmic or cosmic equilibrium there is a reason for every event. 15. Mankind is a group of entities created to know the meaning and experience of Love and to know harmony by experiencing self-chosen lack of harmony. His job is to build ego then break ego; to learn control, then let go of control; to feel the reality of contained energies, but ultimately to enjoy the reality of a flow that washes through like a river and makes things right and perfect. In addition these matter: That which you resist; persists. Where the Intention is placed, Attention will follow. Where you place your Attention, Intention follows. Intention, Context and Experience = I.C.E. (As far as I know I came up with this one on my own.)
Intention is the conscience and willful or purposeful decision to do a particular act. Intention is behind everything we do before we can do anything. Intention always includes a Context. Context is the who, what, where, why and how (or history) of the action taken. Context defines the reason(s) for the Intention and involves a personal history. Intention and Context then define Experience, which is at the core is all of the interactions we have in Life. The Universe or Source (God) can be defined as a Hologram, a Fractal and a Mirror. Therefore, humans are all of these as they reflect the creative source, single and as a group. By understanding us (micro-cosm) we can understand creation (macro-cosm) and by understanding more of the universe and world we live in, we can see ourselves reflected inside and outside of us. "Everything we do rests on the foundation of our intention in the moment we do it. When our personal wants and desires are aligned with our spiritual longing or higher desires, our purposes are aligned and the creative principle in the universe can function unhindered. By fulfilling our spiritual desires, we are led step-by-step to fulfill our life's greater spiritual purpose, our life task. When your Hara level is healthy you will feel a lot of personal integrity, power, and personal purpose, because you are synchronized with the whole. That is when you have one of those wonderful days in which everything flows easily." Barbara Ann Brennan from her book Light Emerging We are beings of light given form. The energy systems of the human body are similar to a hologram in their functions and the way they overlay each other. They are composed of waves with a variety of shapes and frequencies. As a portion of a hologram contains the complete hologram, a small fraction of the individual energy signature contains the complete energy signature. Healing living beings is accomplished with subtle energy from light, sound, aroma, taste, supplements, vibration, electrical and magnetic stimulation and the human body itself. A positive mental attitude (PMA) will only improve these healing modalities. Aphorisms, meditations, and self-hypnosis can have positive impacts on your mental attitude, so can the correct positive subtle energies. Each organ of your body and each of your ten major body chakras has its own general frequency, its own waveform, and its own path of energy flow. We can affect the flow of energy within the body with acupressure / acupuncture and reflexology. We can stimulate an energy point or suppress an energy point. We can locate these points by measuring the resistance of our skin with a volt ohm meter. We can check the vitality of the energy by using Kirlian photography or other recently developed devices like aura sensors and displays.
The Hara Line connects your ten major chakras to form you as a unique individual. The ten chakras are: the star gate chakra, the higher self chakra, the seven body chakras and the earth chakra. The seven body chakras are: the crown chakra, the third eye chakra, the throat chakra, the heart chakra, the solar plexus chakra, the sacral chakra, and the root chakra. The Kundalini is a standing wave between the root and the crown chakra. The Kundalini wave feeds the aura levels and the meridians (think acupuncture) of your body. Too little energy and your auras are very small. Too much energy and your auras are large and expansive. Both conditions can create problems in your physical body. Balancing your Chakras helps to normalize your Kundalini. Most have heard of the Mind, Body, Spirit triangle connection, and some have heard that the breath connects the mind to the body, but fewer understand that creative poetry / song / thought connects spirit-to-mind and movement / dance connects spirit-to-body. This mind body spirit triangle can also be found at the cellular level, the organ level, and at the body level. We can expand the horizons of the triangle from the energy body to society. This model is of our holographic energy body. While anatomically undetectable, the seven major body chakras are metaphysically linked with a number of different systems within the physical body. The chakras bridge the visible, physical self - in the form of the spinal cord, the autonomic nervous system, and the endocrine system - with our "subtle" body, that envelope of vibrational energy called the "aura". While orthodox medicine describes our physical system in terms of chemistry, it is now understood that for any chemical action to take place a change in the electromagnetic energy of the body must also occur. This energy emanates from the "mind" and explains the importance of the mind-body link (breath or prana) to our physical, emotional, and mental health. The old scientific paradigm of relating to health purely in terms of the "visible" is now being superseded by an appreciation of "truths" once embraced only by mystics: That being: thought in the mind precedes and affects physical matter. After all, what is thought but a form of energy? On the sub-microscopic level each chemical element has its own frequency and waveform that uniquely identify it. This is used in nuclear magnetic resonance. Every chemical resonates at its unique frequency. The molecules that are formed by these chemicals all have their unique frequencies and waveform signature. The mathematical function of integration can be used to combine molecules and the differentiation function can be used to separate them. Compounds of these chemicals and molecules also have their unique signatures. These electrical signatures connect to and are influenced by the subtle energies of your energy body.
Grounding is an electrical process most often sited as being the tool used to balance energies. Some people suffer a lack of energy, while other people feel overwhelmed by the amount of energy they have. This technique helps to establish the perfect balance of energy, and it also has a very cleansing effect on your general vibration. Grounding is done to the core of the earth. The Hara dimension is deeper than the auric dimension, so your energy field and chakra system are also enhanced during the course of a Hara healing. This type of healing works both on the physical body to help bring into alignment anything that is out of place in the skeletal structure; it also works at the soul level to bring you into greater alignment with your life s purpose. Focus on this line and see it running straight from Source, through the center of your body to the center of the Earth. It is your Hara Line that keeps you grounded on the planet. It takes time to develop this but with practice you will see the Hara line itself looks like a vertical laser line running down the center of the body, with 3 main points of connection; much like a little string of white light - very fine, very delicate, very ethereal and the more you concentrate on it, the more you will see it. First is the Tan Tien (your center of power and intention in the middle of the belly, and this is actually the meaning of the Japanese word, "Hara", this point in the lower belly). During a Hara healing, the connection between the Tan Tien and the earth gets strengthened, grounding your personal power on both the masculine and feminine sides of the body. The Tan Tien is then connected upwards towards the Soul Seat, sitting under the throat and above the heart (some people refer to the Soul Seat as the "high heart" but it should not be confused with a chakra, because it lives on a dimension deeper than the chakras). Then the Soul Seat gets connected up to your "ID point", or Individuation Point --- your connection to God / the Divine / the Universe. At your solar plexus there s a second line, a horizontal line known as the Hara Center. For women this line runs from side-to-side, for men it runs front-to-back. There will be a spin also of the Hara and if you can imagine the configuration of the two, they are different, but the closer the couple become the closer they are able to integrate these two forces, the closer they live as one. It is the balance between your place on the planet determined by the Hara Center, which is the horizontal line, and the Hara Line, which is vertical, going from Source to the core of the Earth, as your centering space. This forms the human Solar Cross. This is how your personal power is balanced. When a male and female are balanced together they form the x, y, and z axis of an octahedron/delta-t/sphere. This form is a time-space controller. The Hara Line is the thread that connects you to the timeline. All threads are then anchored by 13 specific individuals who form the loom or frame. You can use the cosmic Hara line to align to the higher powers and the prime creator; as a way to center yourself and to charge the physical body with fifth
force energy and illusional energy by focusing on drawing them into the physical body and your energy system. The Hara work "anchors" into the ground your longings and desires, goals and aspirations, all of which reside at the Soul Seat. If you feel unfulfilled in any area of your life, chances are there is some shrouding over your Soul Seat and/or you may not have a strong connection into the earth. When this shrouding dissolves and the Hara line is strengthened, it is then possible to manifest your purpose and goals in your daily life --- which is why I invite you to set a clear intention before a session of healing. (A distorted Hara line leads to negative intention, which results in self-sabotage.) The Hara work also boosts your immune system. During the healing itself we are working directly with the magnetic grids of the earth --- this is deeply healing to the physical body. Because of this, you may feel glued to the healing table both during and immediately after the session. The session is concluded with a Core Star blessing. The Core Star dimension is deeper still --- it is the divine spark within --- the aspect of us that is one with the Creator --- and, during this closure, your own core essence is up welled. This enhances your creativity and talents and fills you with a greater sense of wholeness, and your own uniqueness. No-one else on the planet can duplicate the gift that you have brought to the world at this time! This particular modality is particularly good for those people who: Are seeking more sense of purpose Are needing help with manifesting goals Are in any kind of transition phase Are burnt out and needing rejuvenation Have any spinal / skeletal misalignment or physical injuries Hara Lines can be braded. Once braded together the individuals will forever be connected. The Hara Line is your personal connection to the Now and the current timeline. In Spiritual Awakening, during Kundalini-rising experiences, your vibratory level changes significantly. Your awareness alters, your vibration increases, and you literally see things from a state of higher consciousness. During intense rising experiences, people can become aware of psychic phenomena outside the limits of their normal awareness. For example, people who do not normally have psychic abilities may suddenly see auras, or have spiritual visions. It was once announced in LIFE magazine back around 1974 that when all the known Galaxies positions were placed in a computer it printed out a graphic that was a large DNA molecule! In the Hermetic tradition is the phrase As above, so below. In
the Christian tradition As my father does in Heaven, so shall it be done on Earth. (Paraphrased). Therefore, as we Think, so we manipulate the matter of creation and arrange the resulting events that we then experience believing it is all outside of ourselves. Reiki is a means to rebalance that which is imbalanced. By following the theory found in Taoism, (The Way) we become the channel and the energy of source so as not to be affected (harmed) by it. The only true source to reflect the perfection of creation is the Creative Source or Beginning itself. To use our Will is a conceit thinking we can do better or equal to the Creative Source. Reiki is a means to get closer to the Creative Source and BE of the Light stream that is the Truth or Knowledge that is spoken about in coded form through the Secret Mysteries throughout time. Reiki is then the manifestation of these secrets. Reiki allows a person to reclaim their sovereignty. Hans Jenny was a Swiss discoverer of Cymatics, the coined word for the study of sound and its effects on material form. In the Christian tradition we have In the Beginning was the Word which gave us form. (Paraphrased). In 1992 a group of scientists reported to the Tesla Society in a meeting held in Denver Colorado that the signal or tone that was found emanating from the apparent center of our galaxy had changed. With that discovery, Greg Braden in a series of workshops, reported the findings in various disciplines of changes to the Sun, the fourth ring of Saturn, the direction of spin of the Red Spot on Jupiter and several things in the human condition, such as the learning curve became shorter and sleep has been disturbed widely and changes in the immune system. The Taoists and Buddhists have handed down over the centuries how the chanting or humming of specific tones can alter our sense of reality and how sound vibrating from the throat can alter the other chakras in the human body.
