Set aside 1-2 days a month to volunteer to distribute food in the BJCC Pantry on Wednesdays or Thursdays from 10-2 or 11-3. No heavy lifting...just bring your smile and be ready to greet clients and help them select foods from the pantry shelves...your help will make a big difference. Help set up and serve lunch from 10-1 on Thanksgiving Day to seniors at Pelham Parkway Houses. This annual tradition is always a lot of fun and brings smiles to the seniors faces. Mark your calendars for Project HOPE on December 3, 2017 and March 18, 2018 from 9-11:30. Help deliver packages to home bound and isolated seniors--kick off your holiday season with these huge acts of Chessed and social justice. Help us celebrate at the 14th Annual Dreydl Ball on December 6, 2017 at the Conservative Synagogue in Riverdale. Help set up and serve 75 mobile seniors celebrate with this festive holiday tradition.
